Those is a great course and highly detailed. I'm enjoying every class!

These guys are great! They really get down to the details about how to build houses. No fluff!

What Igor and his team are doing with the mentorship program will save any new home builder starting his/her journey in home building many headaches, money & countless hours by providing the road map & systems he as an experienced luxury home builder uses in his company. It is invaluable information to fast track your ability to execute on building homes. I am thankful to Igor that despite his success in his company he takes the time to spread his knowledge to help others be successful & that selfless act seperates him from any other typical builder. I recommend joining his home building online course program which is stacked with step by step education in home building in every aspect & joining his On Site Building Workshop where he meets you in person and takes you to his build projects to get some real life exposure into the build process. Igors build programs are invaluable!

I recently purchased The First Million and I found it to be very helpful. The coursework is designed to take you through the building process step-by-step, giving you a very good knowledge. It also blends in real life experience and common pitfalls. I’d recommend it to people who are interested in a career in homebuilding. The support they give you both online and and zoom call ins is terrific. They sincerely stand behind their product. Chris from Detroit Give them a try: Igor Stepanov & Dmitriy Bondar TheFirstMillion

I am very early on in the process of building my own custom home. I am very new to this and have very little experience, so I signed up for this course and have been very pleasantly surprised with the material. It is very simple to understand and thorough. Along with that, I have had direct contact with the founders and they have been reaching out to me asking if they can help and what I needed from them! I never expected to have this kind of support. Very excited to continue my journey and having them available for any questions. Super happy so far!

**Review:** The onsite construction builders training program is truly a game-changer! Igor and his team bring an open-minded, innovative approach to home building, blending creativity, efficiency, and meticulous craftsmanship to create stunning, one-of-a-kind homes. Their passion for pushing boundaries and embracing new ideas is inspiring. Beyond the technical skills, the experience was enriched by the team’s professionalism, hospitality, and down-to-earth personalities. A huge thank you to Igor, Yevhenii, and Dmitry for making this an unforgettable learning journey. If you want to build and manage a construction project in a groundbreaking way, this program is a must! Highly recommended for anyone looking to bring unique, innovative ideas to life in home building.

I have done personal renovations and now that I am retired from the fire department I decided to take a position as a project manager for a non profit. This checklist enabled me first to not have to sit down and make similar that would have taken up hours of my time. Secondly it is thorough. More than I will use yet perfect.

I recently completed the custom home building course, and it was truly an amazing experience! The instructor did a fantastic job presenting all the information in a professional, easy-to-understand way. Every lesson was packed with practical insights and clear examples, making it simple to follow along and gain confidence in the subject. Not only did I walk away feeling empowered with new knowledge, but I can already see how these skills will help me in future projects. I’m definitely planning to return for more advanced sessions, and I can’t wait to start implementing everything I’ve learned. If you’re looking to deepen your understanding of custom home building, I highly recommend this course!

Joining this group has been one of the best investments I’ve made as someone starting in residential construction. The knowledge shared here is practical, actionable, and comes from real-life projects—exactly what you need to avoid costly mistakes and grow a successful construction business. Their recorded lectures and examples are worth ten times the subscription cost. One tip I learned here saved me from paying far more than I invested in the membership. This isn’t just theory; it’s real-world hacks and strategies that work. If you’re serious about building a great construction company from the ground up, this group is invaluable.

The course is easy to follow and understand. I can’t wait to implement the knowledge, tools, and checklist downloadables to start a new life.

This course is a true jewel and am lucky to have found at such an affordable cost. Quality of service, dedication, commitment and follow up are some of the highlights of my experience. I believe that through continued training with this program I will be well on my way to building my first home.

Course was useful in outlining the planning and building process. Highly recommend!

A very comprehensive and informative course that highlights all the pros and cons, as well as all the pitfalls encountered by developers, and constructors. The course will be useful both to novice builders and to those who have already built and sold their first house. The speakers of the course answer all questions in detail and thoroughly. I definitely recommend this course.
