I have had a reduction in mood swings and hot flushes. So a positive start to my journey.

I thought this product was a cream & when it came it was a supplement! I sent it back for a refund & my postal charges on December 17th, 2025. The product was delivered back to them on January 8th, 2026. I've been emailing this company for a refund & still no reply! Their policy is "no hassle refund" yeah right!

BB Company was very helpful and understanding when i had to request a refund due to not being able to take their product. If things change in the future i will definitely keep them in mind. Thankyou for your thoughtful and prompt resolve of my situation.

I had high hopes that this product would help but unfortunately it gave me terrible diarrhea and I had to quit taking it. If you are trying this for the first time be sure it works for you before signing up for a subscription because they won't refund you on a subscription.

I have had several issues due to someone hacking my account. Customer service was amazing They jumped on my request immediately and credited me for these outrageous charges. They followed up over and over to make sure my account was ok. I had to cancel my account and open a new one and they were there for me every step of the way Love the product (slim gut package) and love the customer service I give it 10*s

The product quality is good and I appreciate them for making this kind of product .

Order was never delivered. When you contact them by email, it's AI response, gives a case number, just stating it has been escalated. No mention of when you'll get a response. Then you get another invoice, which at first glance looks like you're being billed again, and have an option to cancel. You go to chat on their website, they tell you a refund has been issued, but hasn't. They only give you an option to reship, but they have to escalate it again. All I wanted was a refund. Regardless, I will not do business with BB Company again. Original order was placed on/or about Dec 6-8, it's now Dec 31.

I am so pleased with the rapid no problem handling of my refund. Amazing!

I think I have received a fake version of bb radiance. It gave me terrible diarrhea . The advertising says made in America but when mine arrived it had a sticker on it saying made in China. Happy to send photo

I have used BB products for many years and have always found them to be truth worthy, helpful, and offering quality products. Just recently I had a lost package and they immediately reissued the order when I reached out.

Scam, Scam, Scam!!!! Radiancy did absolutely nothing for me. The subscription is difficult to cancel. You have to make an account to cancel. They do not honour the money back guarantee. Now I am stuck with 3 more bottles of the rubbish. Ripped off!!

Very good customer service. They are serious about their products and taking care of their customers.

I have struggle for so long.. I take medication, synthroid and i m affraid...since a I take it in the morning. Its best to wait 4 hours before taking anything else. I wonder if it will work the same. If i take Radiancy at lunch time ?! Any advice Thank you

I was very skeptical about ordering Radiancy, mostly because of prior experience with online ordering from Facebook. I received my order in no time and started that Sunday morning, doing one pill a day to see how my body responded. Everything went well so started 2 day for another week. Finally did four in the morning with no issues. I see or feel different improvements daily. So glad I went with my intuition from other customers reviews on Facebook. Today I am a proud customer of BB Company! Looking forward to many years of happiness with my Radiancy supplements doing the most!

BB’s Company’s two products; Radiancy and Provitalize are helping and working tremendously well for me. I am 66, well past menopause. One of my daily meds upsets my system regularly and Provitalize certainly helps even me out and balance my system. I’m grateful. BB Company’s responses, their customer service is quick and awesome. This a good Company. Ordering works great and product comes quickly to Canada. I have been using provitolize for several months and find it works well. My hip pain is gone and this is the first product with probiotics, I have used, that has helped my gut. Sad that it is so expensive and price rises a little bit each time I get a delivery. Hope that doesn’t continue, else will have to quit.

I’ve had the best experience with provitalize when I was using provitilze and previtalize I lost 50 lbs but due to my disability I stayed on provitilize only and plateau at 245 but BB had buy one get one free so i ordered both again im happy to say im under 240 lbs last time i weighed that was in 2014 so if your 53 year old female and can’t lose weight try both and I did not change my eating habits due to with disability and pain it’s hard and I still lost 50lbs I know I have to change my eating and I’m sure once I due I will update weight there’s no side effects only good ones I’m so happy I stuck with it I tell the people I recommend give it 3 months what do you have to lose accept weight they have money back at 90 days but I’ve been on these great vitamins for 3 years thank you BB company I tried so many products this only one that worked
