After waiting for the "right time" to start a travel business, I finally signed up in March after attending the Big Event in London where I met the founders and many guest speakers and franchisees. Due to Covid, the live training was replaced by virtual which worked very well and very convenient. I completed it this week and feel equipped to not just start my travel business but also develop as a business owner. Sophie, Dave, Ben and others delivered a comprehensive training programme and although a little mind-blowing at times, it was enjoyable and very interactive. Of course, it's impossible to know everything and the post-course support offered is second to none. A mentor is assigned right from the start to hand-hold through the initial stages and beyond and this is supplemented by regular and frequent contact via webinars and live meetings. Franchisees are actively encouraged to stay in contact with regular check in meetings. It is this support and availability of useful tools and guidance that makes The Travel Franchise/Not Just Travel stand out from the crowd.

I looked at The Travel Franchise over a year ago and have finally completed the training. It's been a busy and informative week, and the training team have had shared various aspects of the business with us, including Q and A's with existing franchisees so that was great. I'm sure it's not easy to deliver all training online but the NJT team have been really professional. I'm really excited to see what the future holds for me and so glad that I have picked The Travel Franchise, it all feels like one big family!

Having a passion for the travel industry, I originally spoke to Paul 8 years ago and discussed the franchise back then. Fast forward 8 years later and I finally took the plunge to join and setup my own travel business with NJT. The training has been very helpful and the team at NJT have really been fantastic. It's not easy to run training via video, but they have still tried to keep it very personal and professional. I'm so glad that I decided to go ahead with NJT and I'm excited for the future and building my business.

You really have to take your hats off to all at coordinated and delivered the training this week. I can only imagine how difficult it is to keep us all engaged via online platforms and despite the odd sound issue, they have tackled it really well. Constantly checking we have learnt what was delivered, plenty of time for Q+A and everything was well paced. Starting your own Travel business can be daunting however, the team here really do calm your nerves with the ongoing support, professionalism and mentoring you need. My only regret would be, I didn't do it earlier!

So far so good! I looked at The Travel Franchise about 3 years ago and at the time it wasn't right for me. Long story short I came across an old email from them recently and got back in touch, a few weeks later here I am about to go live! Sending many thanks to the training team.

Final day of training and so far it's been absolutely brilliant. The trainers are amazing and very calm and patient. They'll go out of their way to make sure we fully understand everything. We have access to all the tools required to hopefully make this into a very successful business, fingers crossed

Fully supported training, in bit sized elements for effective training

I have just finished my training week for my franchise today, I must say I am super excited about the future. The trainers (Elaine) was amazing all the trainers that hopped on were so knowledgeable and supportive. Knowing that you have support not just from own personal coach but from the whole team. I know this is the best decision I could of made that’s right for me. Onwards and upwards!

After over 30 years working in Investment Banking in the City of London I needed a change and had been looking at travel franchises for a few years due to my passion for all things travel. I looked at other franchises but once I had watched the discovery centre on The Travel Franchise website I was 100% sure this was the company i wanted to be part of. I completed my remote training 2 weeks ago (along with my wife, who will jointly run the business) and it was very detailed and delivered brilliantly by Elaine. It was a lot to take in but the tools and information provided during the week make it clearer to understand. The support doesn't stop there, since training week I have been appointed a travel coach who is on hand 24/7 for help & advice, which is invaluable. Also the sales team are constantly helping you with sales tips and strategies, which again is amazing. I wouldn't hesitate recommending The Travel Franchise / Not Just Travel to anyone who has a passion for travel and would like to change their life.

I have just completed my training remotely. It was excellent, very well structured, and easy to understand. The support available during and after training is fantastic. Joining during a pandemic and watching the team react and support each other to the critical changes in the industry has been reassuring that I'm not on my own! Fantastic.

I attended the virtual training during the Covid pandemic and I could not fault it! The trainers/speakers were informative and knowledgable and went over and above to ensure we had all the information we needed to create a successful business. Every session was delivered to a high standard and the practical opportunities meant I left training feeling confident and inspired.

The Travel Franchise and Not Just Travel have changed my life... An amazing franchise with incredible support and a system that allows you to excel!

When thinking about entering the travel buisness, The travel Franchise was my choice. Since joining up I have had nothing but help and encouragement from NJT. There is no thank, you wheres your money, now your on your own.The back up and support from head office is fantastic and the training received while on holiday with them is fantastic. NJT welcomes you into their family with open arms.
