Als je in Suriname woont, is het water naar zee dragen als je voor hun aanmeldt. Iedere keer is hun platform vol met bugs. Ze hebben te weinig berichten en willen 200+ tekens met ABN Nederlands. Ook als je de management team wijst dat je berichten niet optelt bij de stats dan doen ze alsof hij neus bloedt. Ipv mij 30 euro te betalen met het oude platform die onze berichten niet telde en dan over te gaan naar het nieuwe systeem. Gaan ze iedere excuus verzinnen dat ze je pas gaan uitbetalen na 425 berichten. Nu "betalen" ze mensen alleen voor beantwoorde berichten. Dus als je 100 berichten stuurt en maar 10 berichten worden beantwoord, dan weet je dat je maar voor 10 wordt betaald. Er komen maar 5 berichten per uur voor iedere operator. Ook verplichten ze je om 2 uren online te zijn. Alleen maar verlies. Voordat je die 425 berichten hebt gehaald, gaan ze je al ontslag geven. Ook werken ze met Payoneer en die trekt zeker 18 euro van die 51 euro die ze voor je moeten storten. Je werkt dan gratis voor ze. Ik ben benieuwd na het op mijzelf ontslag nemen als hun platform na een jaar wat beter wordt voor Surinamers. Ze zetten Surinamers in een aparte groep en die noemen ze Semi. Dus tja, Nederlanders hebben over het algemeen niet te maken met hun stomste excuses. Ga liever voor Modops, PNT en zelfs Surinaamse chats als je in Suriname woont. Luister niet naar die positieve reviews op deze site. Ik had een betere ervaring bij die opgenoemde sites.

Hello there. I have applied with Texkings for their English Text Chat Operator position two weeks ago. I have heard nothing back from them at all and I am still very interested in the position. I have emailed the company and I have reached out to Texkings on their Facebook page also. I would really like to hear back and see about working with Texkings.

Very Professional organization, the speed at which they handle complaints is incredible. They are honest and great at assisting workers when someone has a challenge.

I've been working for FBPO for a couple of months now and they have treated me great. I think it's funny that a review here mencioned it's their fault on rate drop and the waiting time to send a message. It's completely normal to wait for a message specialy during holidays or stuff like that.

I have worked with TexKings home Jobs for a while now and I can say nothing, but the best. They are always willing to assist; they respond quickly and are always available to attend to your concerns. Regarding payment, I have never had a late payment experience. In fact, most times the pay is way ahead of schedule. I recommend TexKings home jobs 1000%.

Managers and coaches are great, they take the time out to ensure that things are going smoothly and to answer questions and help out team members. I only wished non-natives pay was a little more, that would drive a lot more motivation to work harder. But besides that, it is a good company to work for.

I’m currently working for this company. And I can say I haven’t had any issues so far. My coach has been extremely lovely and helpful when I’ve needed help. If I can’t get hold of her there’s other coaches available who are just as nice and helpful. I worked for a different company and it was awful. No support no communication. Couldn’t get any messages so wasn’t earning anything. This company is by far the best I’ve come across so far.

When I started working with TK, I managed to stay in FBPO, a study they have in HN, the rate started to drop, the queue is bad, they put nonsense rules, it doesn't seem that I was a freelancer as a lawyer, they interrupt many things for the mental health of Many of your employees and I don't know if you know it, but they never give an answer to one if they block a user unless one gets angry gives him the money that one works, do you really lose everything when a user is blocked?

Because it would not let me reply to the previous reply from texkings regarding my previous review, I want to state that I was certainly not "compensated" in any way at all. I was simply paid what I was owed and what I worked for but only because the company wanted me to take my previous review down. However, I have been told by a previous coach that the way I was treated was wrong but yet still nothing has been done to rectify this. They pay you peanuts too and other chat jobs pay a lot higher and are not unprofessional like texkings are. Please beware of working for texkings as previously stated.

I haven’t heard back from texkings yet, and for that reason I’m wondering if they are still hiring? (I’ve applied to two of the chat jobs in Norwegian and English.) It seems like a great site, and I am hoping to be able to be a part of their team, as well as one of the people with a 5-star experience with them. Fingers crossed!
