In response to your reply....if your team was that great on removing R/X labels then they could have or should have had no issue removing the bit of label that was left on the box. Just saying. Additionally, changing the reason from ripped to other should be a consideration when updating your options for lessor amount given. Disappointed for my first time sending in straps. They stated one box was ripped which isn't true. However, one box had one spot of label I didn't remove and they gave me only 1/2 the price. I took photos prior to sending but it doesn't give you the chance to post a pic.

I sent my strips out on Monday and I was paid on Thursday!! Wow thats awesome @!

You received my box on November 13th and I am not receiving my ck until the 20th why???

I had sent 10 boxes of 50 count test strips and two boxes of 100 count. When I got the order receipt it said that 5 boxes of the 50 count were damaged and one of the 100 count was also damaged. There may have been two of the 50 count that could have been damaged but not 5 and the hundred count was in perfect condition. So I guess I'll be using a different company next time.

Hello I've tried a few different places to sell my unused test strips and this company pays the most and the fastest. Definitely give them a chance cause you'll never have to go try a different company they truly pay the most. I got my check within a week and it came in a new box for my strips for next time

They always make sure im fully satisfied if i have any questions or concerns. Very friendly staff. Never had an issue getting paid. Great company!

I sent in 6 boxes of strips that had no damage and had over a year until they were out of date. They were supposed to be 8 dollars a box. They only paid 4 dollars per box for 5 out of the 6 claiming there was damage to 5 boxes. That is completely false. They were all unopened and free from all damage when they left my mailbox. I even put bubble wrap in the box with them so they would not move around during shipping. This is a huge scam and I would not suggest doing any business with them. I am so very disappointed in their service.

They do a great job. I have text them and they respond back within a day or two.

Prices are pretty good and the service is fast.
