Poor communication, long (4 month) wait. I received an email about payment, but still have not received payment. Other companies are more professional in my opinion.

I was using it for a while, they never get things right. You call and get okay for matching price from other site that are buying at a higher price, but when send you the check they always get it wrong. I have to called about two or three times before the get it right. One time, I wrote everything down to make it simpler for them, they still get it wrong. I just couldn't deal with that anymore, I stopped dealing with them. If you don't mind been frustrated then they are the right company to deal with.
