The process was simple, the people are nice.
The process was simple. Contact through website, receive prepaid shipping materials, send back. There was an internal issue they contacted me to resolve and the person was kind and helpful. Finally there was a payment issue and when I contacted them again they were kind and helpful. Even with a couple hiccups everything was extremely easily and they're very helpful. It was all around a very nice process. Definitely doing business with them again.

Seems like every time I send in the say I have damaged boxes and or im short of what I sent in and this time its both plus the site showed new pricing and I got old prices. Im very upset with this. When I call all they do is give excuses.

Finding something to pay you less
I sent my strips in the way that I received them from the company and they said something about glue and only gave me 50% of their quote. That’s bs. I could’ve sold them for $50 and I got a measly $17.50 without communication if I wanted to have them returned or and explanation. The payment took much long than most I’ve sold to. I’m not an ignorant person either, I know how much strips are worth.!!!!

What do you mean package was ripped and pen damaged, it wasn't when I sent it. is this a lie so you don't have to pay the full amount. Will contact better business bureau and make a complaint against this
