Phoned Tesco Insurance for a quote on home insurance policy. Really, really helpful in providing information for me. Full information given in a way I could understand! Very impressed with Tesco. I have in fact taken out a home insurance policy. Excellent customer service, and most importantly, no pressurised sales talk. Thank you Tesco.

The system has allowed for a duplicate policy... I set up the new home insurance on line but the insurance still set up the run on from the previous and I ended up paying twice. I still don't know if I will get a refund of almost £300...
Some of responses lead to question do you want to leave the section you are in, which is confusing. Eventually found that you have to enter policy to amend some details as opposed to going directly to an amend specific area ie change vehicle.
