Tried to reorder a prescription, it is valid for 1 year. Paid $20 for the first consultation fee. I wanted to reorder the same prescription, and they won't refill unless I pay another $20 for the doctor to allow the refill. Nowhere on the initial order and questionnaire do they tell you this. The service representative said it is under FAQ. Bad bait and switch.
