Paid for a year subscription as well as a teapot for my son for Christmas. Have not received a single box or the teapot and no response to my sons inquiries. Ripped off .......

I like tea and I like this service, cause they like tea like me)
We got a 3 month gift certificate and as soon as my wife smelled the teas in our box and had the first sip, she demanded that we sign up permanently. We love these teas, getting a new selection each month, and sharing them with friends. Make sure to have a fun teapot and enjoy being able to slow down while the tea steeps.
Fantastic tea that has been excellently curated. I get every excited to try new teas from around the world every month. You will not be disappointed.
So far the great instructions for each tea has been perfect and as of right now I would recommend this business. I have limited experience with them but hope the great service and teas of the first order continues on the next shipments. I appreciated the email telling me what to expect on the next 2 shipments. This was a wonderful gift for Mother's Day from my daughter.

LOVE my subscription to Tea Runners! It's a fun gift to myself each month. I very much enjoy all the teas! Perfect gift for the gourmet tea fan. LOVE the packaging too. LOVE the fact that I can select the all black tea box, as I prefer black teas over herbal teas. So great to be able to sample teas and then buy more of the ones you really like. LOVE the descriptions and info about each tea. Enjoy my tea runners tea subscription!
The quality is good. It is actually not a lot of tea for a rather high price.
The teas are always fun to receive. I appreciate the information included about the teas. I like some better than others but all of them have been enjoyable. So many great teas to try, so little time. With 4 different boxes you can easily find something you will like.

it's my 2nd month of the Black Tea subscription box. the teas are delicious. they are shipped with care and there's lots of information about the teas and where they come from. when i was concerned about the shipping date of the 2nd box, Charlie responded promptly by e-mail. the tea arrived in good time. i'd highly recommend Tea Runners to fellow tea enthusiasts. we also purchased two stonewear mugs and they're gorgeous.

Lots of different options, the tea always arrives unharmed and in a very lovely wrapping, so it is like I am getting a present each month. The tea is always beautiful. There hasn't been a single one I wouldn't drink again!
I enjoyed my tea from China. Just had issues to see if I was getting more or not. I appreciate it was a gift but I would like to know if it was a one time or a monthly thing.
