Unfortunately I don’t have much positive to say. I signed up really wanting support to turn things around and instead paid a monthly fee for very little. A lot of check ins were missed. My plan wasn’t changed in the 7 months I was with Alice and was certainly not tailored to make the progress I had hoped for. Alice is very money orientated. I started paying on the 1st of the month and each month on check in days she would get earlier and earlier in the month asking for coaching payments. My last payment was made after being asked on the 19th, a big jump from monthly on the 1st! Alice will randomly up her prices with no notice and expect you to pay it! Bearing in mind after speaking with numerous other people who have been scammed by her, everyone is told different prices and amounts for services! After speaking with others who have been through similar and much worse experiences with Alice I made the decision to step away. I am still being chased for an ‘early termination’ fee I apparently signed to agree to, without any evidence being provided to show this. Regardless she won’t be getting any more money from me, as I have not only paid for services I didn’t receive but she has had more from me by moving the dates of payments! Honestly just stay away! There are genuine educated PTs out there who really care about their clients! Alice is not one of them!

I recently signed up for online coaching with Alice Anne Abbott, under her business name Team Sirius by Alice Anne Abbott, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. At first, Alice seemed genuine, but her primary focus quickly became getting me to pay rather than providing quality coaching. The first week of coaching was fine, but everything went downhill from there. Despite her claims that each plan is bespoke and tailored to individual clients, I received a generic plan identical to those of other clients. I paid £180.00 for personal training sessions that were never scheduled or delivered. Additionally, I paid £150.00 for a supplement bundle through CNP, where Alice is an affiliate, but I never received the supplements. This has potential repercussions for CNP’s reputation as well so I have reported her to them. When she made a change to my meal plan that required the supplements, she simply told me to buy my own in the meantime, until she could send me mine, but the supplements never arrived. Each time I questioned her as to when am I getting my supplements she always gave a poor excuse or just kept pushing it back. Alice's communication was appalling. My check-ins were either late or non-existent, and when they did occur, they consisted of brief feedback where she mostly talked about herself or went off-topic. She advertised availability for daily messaging and calls but would take days to respond, if at all. The training plan was never provided, and when I asked about it, she told me to just get my steps in. The plans she provided had no positive impact on my progress. Despite raising all these concerns with her, she made no attempt to resolve them and even accused me of blocking her when I questioned her lack of responses. Alice violated the terms of our agreement, and despite my efforts to address these issues with her, she remained unresponsive and unhelpful. It became clear that her main concern was getting my money. She is extremely unprofessional and constantly slagging off other well know reputable coaches. She’s a fraud and a scammer, and I am currently pursuing legal action against her. Please steer clear of Alice Anne Abbott and her business, Team Sirius. DO NOT use her services for any reason.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with Alice as a coach. Initially, she seemed professional and promising, but my experience quickly soured. Alice made numerous false promises, including personalized training plans that were never personalised. Despite repeatedly assuring me that my plan was tailored to my needs, it became clear that she was providing generic advice with no real consideration for my individual goals. Adding to my frustration, Alice often lied about the services she would provide. She promised regular check-ins and feedback, but these were either sporadic or just about herself then 30 seconds saying there’s no changes most the time. OR sending messages asking questions and not getting a reply for 3-4 days- this is evidently not 24/7 WhatsApp support like she advertises. One of the most concerning aspects of her coaching is her habit of falsely claiming that other clients owed her money. She would send invoices for services that were either incomplete or never rendered. Furthermore, Alice advertised that her coaching package included supplements, but clients never received any of the promised products. Her explanations for the delays were inconsistent and unconvincing. Overall, my experience with Alice was extremely negative. Her lack of professionalism, honesty, and reliability was a significant letdown. I would strongly advise anyone considering her services to look elsewhere. Trust and integrity are paramount in a coaching relationship, and unfortunately, Alice failed to demonstrate either.

Extremely disappointed with her services, very “copy and paste” approach. Only cares about her own training and none of her clients, her communication is terrible and lies about not getting messages. Charges for supplements but never sends them to you. I would strongly advise to avoid at all costs!!

I was seeking a coach for training purposes and came across Alice. On speaking to numerous friends who have embarked on contracts with her, I have been warned away due to Alice being a con artist. She currently owes many people a lot of money for not following her end of the contract, essentially taking their money and running. She does not provide a service for anyone who exchanges money with her. Avoid her at all costs and do not trust her.

Purchased a coaching package with Alice that included £120 worth of CNP products monthly. After signing up and making the first payment I was disappointed that the products were not ordered the following day as promised. The plan was received later than promised and did not consist of what Alice had spoken about in our consultation. When I sent messages asking questions I rather didn't get answers or had to wait days for a response. When I asked about the products that were included I was told to go buy my own in the meantime and that she'd order them later. I then spent double buying the products elsewhere as my plan needed them, however I'd also paid Alice for them. Every time I asked Alice about the products she'd promise to order them the next week but never did. 3 weeks after I'd paid, still no products, Alice asked for the next payment. We'd agreed monthly payments of which I have the messages and my plan which stipulates this. However Alice insisted my next payment was due and asking me to pay it. When I explained I wasn't willing to send any more money until I'd received what I'd already paid for Alice said she would not be sending the products as I was breaching our contract. She then demanded the next months payment plus another month's payment as a cancellation fee, and said if I did not pay this she would pass me on to a debt collection agency. Unfortunately this went back and forth with me asking for the products I'd paid for and Alice demanding 2 more payments. She then threatened me with bailiffs. I've had to seek legal advice and block Alice from contacting me as she was bombarding me on every platform demanding payment and making threats. Unfortunately as all of this was going on I have found out Alice has done this and is doing this to lots of people. There is now a whole group of us in contact and some have been conned out of over £1000 and never received what they paid for. Please please avoid Alice as a coach.
