Service was outstanding, kept me informed all the way on the time frame of getting back a personalised bottle, service was 10/10 and the bottle arrived and looked fantastic

Efficient prompt service. Only reservation was that the email to say it had been delivered ought to have been days earlier.
Even though I only ordered 1 box of wine online, each bottle was individually bubble wrapped, great care was taken for shipping. Will definitely be ordering from them again .. 5 stars

Smooth transaction lovely helpful man on phone (Tim I think his name was). Product delivered well packaged and in good condition. Only negative was the couriers texts to tell me parcel being delivered and time slot with 3 no shows. Would recommend them though despite this. The items I ordered were as described and delivered quickly. The only reservation I have is that the package (containing a bottle of gin and two mixers) was somehow left the garden side of a 6ft high gate with no access to the delivery driver. The contents of the parcel was in perfect condition as it was very well wrapped with bubble-wrap, but it worries me that the delivery driver appears to have dropped it over a 6ft fence??
