It took much longer than expected to receive item. When I did receive the item the quality was near trash...it looked no different than a bead bracelet my grandson made in pre-school. $120 wasted.

My boyfriend got me the where we first met/kissed necklace as an anniversary present. Its beautiful and I love it. Its very thin and dainty. The clip and the link have hallmarks on them but not the actual pendant so time will tell. It took about 2 weeks to arrive in the UK. I could upload photos but the review site doesn't seem to allow it.

Cheap Junk jewelry passed off as fine jewelry My husband purchased a bracelet for me on their Facebook site with our grand children names supposedly engraved in sterling silver Nothing but cheap beads the names are engraved so tiny I can't read them with the naked eye and barely with a magnifying glass . He paid $127. and they sell the on The tails Etsy site for under $30. He ordered it Over two months ago and it just arrived today. All their 4.5 star reviews I suspect are computer generated by them! not real customers Beware of this company

Shipping was long, it did not state it was coming from China. Bracelet was a gift and came to late for mother's day.

Had an issue with size and it was handled immediately and amazingly!
