Individual tutoring, fun videos, predictable instruction pattern with ordliste, grammatiktid, opgave for every lesson. So great to have help from Swap language in m Danish learning journey. And my instructor Simon has been very patient with me in making me learn and scale up. He makes sure I converse in Danish most of the time and not revert to English.

I really enjoy to study with Swap language. For me I think it is such a perfect way to study Danish, I can listen or Watch these high qualities videos whenever and wherever. And to study comprehensively as well as get to know a lot of Danish culture.

A fantastic way to learn Danish, easy, practical and fun! I state this as a student who has taken traditional in-person classes at a language school too. The SwapLanguage platform, however, is very user-friendly, and intuitive. I´m having a good experience learning Danish with Swap Language specially for its flexibility and convenience. Brick-and-mortar traditional Danish language schools' approach to teaching Danish *as a second language* to non-Danes is, to put it mildly, "lacking" in many ways. (I majored in translation, so it ought to be tough to bore me to death in a language course, so congratulations to all sprogskolerne!) That's why I literally dropped out of the sprogskole but I found Swap Language's online videos to be very useful in teaching foreigners Danish. They are entertaining and very easy to follow, but what really helps me improve my pronunciation is how Vigdis slowly pronounces the Danish words. You can build on the fundamentals laid out in the videos by doing more practice. It is, as with all languages, up to you to get better at it. But SWL really helps in the process. I don't have any experience with one on one classes they provide, but the online videos are like your very own personal pocket-course! :)

The Swap Language video lessons are a great way to learn day-to-day Danish, that you would otherwise not learn at an academy. The videos are set on situations such as going to the airport, introducing yourself at a new company, job interviews etc. providing a relevant context for expats in Denmark, since we have all found ourselves in those situations before. They place an important focus in pronunciation, which is great, since it is the part that internationals struggle the most with. However, all videos provide a vocabulary list at the beginning of the lesson and there is frequent "grammar times" , where they explain the grammar in use more thoroughly. All in all, I am really happy with this way of learning since my pronunciation was the part I was more concerned about, and this way I can pause and imitate native speakers.

Danish is a very insteresting language & the team on Swaplanguage is amazing! I'm so happy i had the opportunity to learn about the culture as well! :)

First of all, I have to thank Allan again for the speedy and very helpful answer to my inquiry! It took not even 2 minutes, and I got the info what I needed! This is a pretty amazing customer support, isn´t it?! :) I have just started to go through the lesson plan, and I am getting to know the learning concept. It seems to be very well-founded. The realisation is outstanding: super good audio and visual quality, very sympathetic people! It really meets all my expectations.You might wondering why I am so excited :) The reason is simple... I have been trying to learn Danish on my own and in an online class for a couple of months, but by now, I couldn´t experience a real breakthrough! These funny videos, the various learning materials, all the explanations, the quizes are really motivating and reflect an excellent work from the Swap Language Team. I am so happy to have found by chance this site, and I hope that I will be able to come back in a couple of months, and write about my extended experience on the platform - but already in Danish :)

I am totally in love with Swap Language. After a couple of back and forth with the classic "sprogskole" approach, I was starting to feel very demotivated and to think I would never speak Danish... then I encountered Swap Language! I think the concept is great: the videos are fun, interesting and targeting realistic situations - always taking into account a foreigner's perspective. The speaking lessons are exactly what I needed to boost my confidence and finally start speaking. All the different members of the Swap Language team that I have met have been super helpful and kind - particularly thumbs up for my teacher Laila, who is always willing to go the extra mile to answer all my questions and doubts. All of this, in a very condensed and time effective format. I can wholeheartedly recommend it.

The way Danish is being taught at SwapLanguage is what all the other Danish classes from other institution forget to do. There is not one way to learn Danish, there are many. And that's what SwapLanguage succeeded to do. Whatever your learning process and method is, you will find it. And you will feel that after every lesson, you actually have learned something that you can directly use in real life! :) Few language schools do that, and that's why this one is definitely one I take the time to recommend on Trustpilot! The team is fantastic and got it all!

Genuinely excellent customer service when I encountered some issues with my login account. The speed I was contacted back was shocking because it was Saturday night. I cannot wait to give a more purposeful try to learning Danish!

I fully recommend Swap language. It helped me a lot to improve my Danish. Even I'm attending on free DU3 I can tell it's not enough. I found a way to combinate both. So Swap language is the best👌. I love Swaplanguage. I tried it because our company has a deal, and I used to think Danish so hard, but my teacher Martha is so nice to make me think I'm very good at learning it, so I'm more motivated and is really learning fast and having dialogues :)

Hi I fully recommend Swap language. It helped me a lot to improve my Danish . The videos are made in a great way , from where you can learn a lot but also to enjoy it . There is fun as well and the swap language team are amazing people. The lesson 1:1 where you can talk to the teacher is helping a lot with confidence and to become better at talking and understanding Danish. For me personally it was perfect. Alina
