I had a warranty issue with one of the products I purchased from Superbee and they agreed to replace the part no charge but i would need to pay the shipping cost of $57.55. Once the part arrived I recieved a bill from the Courier company for well over $200 and Superbee won't do anything to help. This is the last time I'll deal with Superbee for any purchases.

I came across Superbee looking for a specific hood for my truck that they had in stock. The hood is no longer manufactured so I pursued it even though I am in the U.S. and knew it might be more hassle and expense than it was worth. They were able to get me a great a price on the hood, arrange for international freight shipping, advise on potential customs implications and keep me abreast of the progress every step of the way. The hood was packaged extremely well and the outside of the box was absolutely plastered everywhere with large print special handling instructions indicating what it was and how to handle it. The fiberglass hood made it unscathed and is exactly as described. This place had a great price, great service, and exemplified professionalism. FYI If you're purchasing internationally (or at least from the U.S.) the only accepted form of payment at the time of this writing was bank wire.

Hours of operation are inconvenient i had to drive 45 minutes one way to find out the store was closed. Then to return the next day . Pick up my part to find that it was the wrong one , i ended up selling the wrong part privately due to the inconvenience of having to drive another 45 minutes wasn't in my books . It was a very defeating process as i waited for 2 weeks to pick up my order.
