Did not appreciate the last minute change of location. Had already booked hotel stay at previous location and almost lost my deposit.

Size of group, location and the instructor were all awesome
Enjoyed some instructors. But all knowledgeable. Easy access to courses. The range of topics is extensive. Would recommend to other colleagues.

My customer service rep was Taylor. She was so pleasant and helpful which can ne hard to find these days. She went over and above more than once to help resolve my situation to a level and end result that I never expected. I am very happy with how she resolved my situation. That helped gain confidence in how you treat your customers.
The Live courses I have attended were superb!!! The latest courses I attended in West Palm Beach with Mr. Richard Hubler was excellent! I was also very pleased with the online courses. But the reason I am cancelling my membership today is because I have noticed a decrease of in-person courses in the Miami area. There were no courses within one hour drive in the last year. And it is truly inconvenient for me to drive 2 hours and get a hotel to complete my CEU's. If you work on this and begin offering Live courses in Miami, I may decide to renew my membership.
I was able to get together with individuals and socialize about physical therapy concepts my mind would only understand. It was an interesting and amazing learning experience compared to being behind a computer.

A lot of the time, the instructors go over the time allotted (live webinars) and that’s pretty frustrating when it’s a regular occurrence. Also, summit crashes ALL THE TIME. I have so many issues with logging in just to take courses and tests. It’s very nerve racking when you can’t access the test you spent time learning to take but most of the courses have been helpful and much easier than obtaining CEs in person.
