Jason the presenter was very knowledgeable. He was easily approachable and took time to answer questions. He was helpful when log out process didn't work, offering suggestions and attempted sign out on his device. This format of 3 conferences in a weekend was great for me as it helped minimize time away from clinic and family while obtaining necessary CEU's. I would definitely consider and recommend this format to others.

Many video options but terrible availability times for people who work full time. Its also annoying because if you don't pass a test for the first time, it doesn't tell you what you got wrong on the previous test. So you do not know which questions are correct and incorrect. The tests are also very difficult just to get a certificate.

Customer Service was diligent and very responsive in correcting problem I encountered with the website.
