One of the most stressful and disappointing experiences I've ever had
If I could give minus stars, I would do that! Do not buy here your ticket! First of all they charge you 80 dollars fee! It means the price you see first, it's not a total amount! Your credit card will be charged the ticket fee plus 80 dollars more! I did not receive a ticket! I purchased ticket for Dua Lipa 10 days before the concert. I read the reviews but I did not believed them. But know I know that this company is a fraud and scam!
They sent me an email that I get the ticket the day of concert. First they said that due to the inlog problems of the seller, I have to log in to the seller ticketmaster account. I tried for many times. I couldn't log in. I called them and emailed them. Their AI assistant kept me busy for half a day. It was 2 hours before the concert began, finally they said we send you replacement ticket and I have to accept the ticket. I did accept the ticket through email and then I got an error message on ticketmaster site that there is no ticket. I made screen shut and send it to them but the AI email sent me messages that I have to accept ticket and the same email over and over. They I called them and told them that I need to know do I get a ticket or not because I have to drive to the concert. They said yes! This ticket is ok and should work! I sait but It's not. I drove to the concert location. When I arrived called them again. The Dua Lipa concert was 40 minutes busy, I was standing there outside still talking to a customer servicewho told me please wait patiently 5 minutes. Your case is escalated. This is a technical problem. We will solve it. I told her the concert is half gone and you asking me wait and be patient till we solve the technical problem. After a while she said, We give you refund. Your ticket is protected! You will receive an refund email in 5 minutes and your refund will be in 7 to 8 days. So that was a terrible experience! But the frustration is not finished yet. I was waiting for the refund email which I still did not receive. Now 8 days later. I have sent them 10 emails to get the refund email. Their AI assistance comes everything with different answers. Like plase choose your replacement ticket with a list of concerts in other contries like USA. I live in Amsterdam.
I wrote them again, I do not want replacement ticket. Refund please. Not they come with an email. We are investigating your case. You don't believe but I spent so much time to call them and sent them like 30 email and spending like 3 hours withe their AI assistant. Still no ticket, no refund.
Stubhub are scams, thievs, stress makersmakers! Do not fall for this because some revieuws are ok. They sell one ticket to many people. One get lucky and 100 loosing their money, time and joy!
