Stubhub has room for improvement based on customer feedback. Customers particularly appreciate professional and service, though some mention concerns about customer service.
They belong in jail. They have obvious evidence a ticket was not transferred, but refuse to issue a refund. They are thieves and will have charges pressed against them. I will also be seeking a lawyer who will happily sue on contingency. Perhaps everyone could get together here and file a class-action. It appears like the law-firm of Tycko & Zavareei is having success dealing with the evils of StubHub. They only do class-action though.
I got my ticket to Shawn Mendes concert in Amsterdam a month ahead. I was a little nervous because I had read some bad comments about stubhub, and they told me that I was going to get my ticket on the same day as the concert. But I got it a week before 🙂 Everything worked just fine for me!

I was reeled in by this shady vendor to purchase a concert ticket at a literally too good to be true price and suffered the consequence of my ignorance. Despite spending hours on the phone jumping through confusing hoops by not just Stubhub, but two other conspirator vendors (while also having to deal with the laborious hassles in creating a new account with each) so a scannable coded ticket could be downloaded to gain valid entry to the concert, the countless attempts, even though aided by the diligent efforts of knowledgeable venue staff - were all to no avail. I had no choice but to purchase a general admission ticket from the venue box office to attend. The intentional utter failure to follow through regardless of implied guarantee, has lessened my faith in humanity. Of course, contacting the shisters to request a deserved refund ended up an unworthy challenge in being denied reimbursement of credit to my PayPal account, to which a grievance was filed. Think you’re saving money purchasing event tickets through Stubhub? Think again.

Stubhub are a complete disgrace. Tickets for tpain were invalidated last minute. No replacement ticket. Made me walk 40 minutes back home in an utter rage. Utter trash
I tried to buy 2 tickets to Valery Meladze’s concert in Tampa. The StubHub listing clearly showed $329 including fees with a note: “2 tickets together.” I assumed — like any normal person — that $329 was the total for both tickets. But when I paid, the system charged me $658 — double the advertised price. I immediately called support. The agent admitted it looked like a mistake and told me to wait on the line for 10 minutes… then disconnected me and never called back. This feels like deceptive advertising and terrible customer service. I have screenshots and will be filing a dispute with my bank if this isn’t resolved soon. Be very careful when buying from StubHub — the final price might not be what you expected.

Brought tickets for right infront of the stage and 2 hours before the show they emailed us offer us way back from where our seats where supposed to be , got them 4 months ago and they screw you over right before the show never again will I use this shitty site
I wish I could give zero stars. I bought a parking pass for $110 for The Stray Kids concert, almost $40 in fees!!! Then when it came time for me to use the parking pass, it could not be located and chat help was useless. Then when I went to ask for a refund for a parking pass that was never located and never used, they “understand my inconvenience, and frustration and apologize, but they are unable to assist me.” I even asked to speak to a manager, no manager to speak with!?! This is a terrible way to do business. I won’t ever shop with you again! Customers beware. P.S. I never really write bad reviews, but I want people to beware of Stubhub!
If I could give minus stars, I would do that! Do not buy here your ticket! First of all they charge you 80 dollars fee! It means the price you see first, it's not a total amount! Your credit card will be charged the ticket fee plus 80 dollars more! I did not receive a ticket! I purchased ticket for Dua Lipa 10 days before the concert. I read the reviews but I did not believed them. But know I know that this company is a fraud and scam! They sent me an email that I get the ticket the day of concert. First they said that due to the inlog problems of the seller, I have to log in to the seller ticketmaster account. I tried for many times. I couldn't log in. I called them and emailed them. Their AI assistant kept me busy for half a day. It was 2 hours before the concert began, finally they said we send you replacement ticket and I have to accept the ticket. I did accept the ticket through email and then I got an error message on ticketmaster site that there is no ticket. I made screen shut and send it to them but the AI email sent me messages that I have to accept ticket and the same email over and over. They I called them and told them that I need to know do I get a ticket or not because I have to drive to the concert. They said yes! This ticket is ok and should work! I sait but It's not. I drove to the concert location. When I arrived called them again. The Dua Lipa concert was 40 minutes busy, I was standing there outside still talking to a customer servicewho told me please wait patiently 5 minutes. Your case is escalated. This is a technical problem. We will solve it. I told her the concert is half gone and you asking me wait and be patient till we solve the technical problem. After a while she said, We give you refund. Your ticket is protected! You will receive an refund email in 5 minutes and your refund will be in 7 to 8 days. So that was a terrible experience! But the frustration is not finished yet. I was waiting for the refund email which I still did not receive. Now 8 days later. I have sent them 10 emails to get the refund email. Their AI assistance comes everything with different answers. Like plase choose your replacement ticket with a list of concerts in other contries like USA. I live in Amsterdam. I wrote them again, I do not want replacement ticket. Refund please. Not they come with an email. We are investigating your case. You don't believe but I spent so much time to call them and sent them like 30 email and spending like 3 hours withe their AI assistant. Still no ticket, no refund. Stubhub are scams, thievs, stress makersmakers! Do not fall for this because some revieuws are ok. They sell one ticket to many people. One get lucky and 100 loosing their money, time and joy!

I didn't know Studhub and i was hesitating to buy tickets from there... that even more after i wrote bad comments... but i thought am gonna try... for me the site looked professional... i bought 2 tickets for the concert for Nelly for the price of 1! ... and yes didn't had any problem to go in! When you received the mail of confirmation and you don t see your tickets... don t panic... possible you were login as a guest... than you need to log out and log back in with the accescode they gave you in the email! Hope this will helps people if they dln t find their tickets!

Stubhub almost ruined my Mothers Day Gift to Bob Dylan.They sold VIP parking with the tickets. The parking lot was 30 mins away from the show no shuttle. Also the parking at the venue was free. Called customer service they said it was my fault. order # 561603100
Bought tickets on StubHub. On the day of my event I tried to use the tickets. Venue told me someone already used them. I tried calling stub hub, they never answer their phones. The concert was starting in just a few minutes so I tried using their virtual assistant. It was no help. So I just bought a new set of tickets. When I called for my refund they said ‘’too bad, you should have called the day of” I said I did, but nobody would answer their phone. ‘’They said No refund” Basically they said I had to miss the concert, sit in the parking lot for hours on hold if I wanted a refund. There’s thousands of complaints on TikTok, BBB, YouTube, ect on them literally scamming people and stealing their money. And if you call you’ll be on hold for hours and sent to a call center in India where they do zero to help you. Complete fraud and theft.

Tickets to an NBA game were not delivered via email until 11 minutes before the game. 15 minutes prior they told me I could receive a refund and then took that back. I’ve been on hold for 20 minutes trying to speak with a manager. They are more concerned about the seller than the customer. We also paid a premium for the tickets. We will not be buying through Stubhub again.
Ordered (expensive) tickets for Borussia Dortmund - FC Barcelona (QF CL), and the day of the match I still hadn't received them. Contacted Stubhub support, and within 2 hours they proposed and booked better tickets for the same price.

Normaal schrijf ik niet zo vaak een review voor iets, maar voor deze keer wil ik graag toch mijn ervaring delen. Voor een event was ik op zoek naar een kaartje, via Ticketmaster en Ticketswap helaas niet aan te komen. Via Google search werd Stubhub aangeprezen als een kaartverkoper. Normaal ben ik niet zo van die onbetrouwbare sites, maar na de voorwaarden op de site te hebben gelezen met hun 'Buyer Protect' toch maar het kaartje gekocht. De prijs die je ziet als je een kaartje zoekt is helaas nog niet de eindprijs. Bijna de helft van de aangegeven prijs komt er nog bij in de vorm een 'fee'. Eindstand: €100,- betaald te hebben voor een kaartje dat normaal €35,- was. Na het betalen kreeg ik de schrik van mijn leven... Waar ik gewend ben dat je na de betaling direct het ticket krijgt doorgestuurd staarde ik naar een beeld dat zei ''we hebben de verkoper gemaild en deze zal zo snel mogelijk het ticket doorsturen''. Vervolgens ben ik als een gek naar Trustpilot gegaan waarna ik verwachtte dat ik mijn geld kwijt zou zijn. Met een gemiddelde van 1,7 ster dacht ik eigenlijk dat ik opgelicht was. Ik was mezelf al aan het klaarmaken om een klacht in te dienen, maar 2 dagen voor het concert kreeg ik een link van de verkoper die me naar een directe transfer op Ticketmaster bracht. Ik denk dat ik van geluk mag spreken dat ik niet ben opgelicht. Ik begrijp dat mensen die een goede ervaring hebben niet snel een review zullen schrijven, maar ik wil toch laten zien dat het platform (soms) werkt. Denk goed na bij het kopen via deze site en probeer (waar mogelijk) van de officiële kanalen te kopen. Voor mij is het uiteindelijk goed gekomen!
I was supposed to attend a concert, but I never received my ticket even after following up days in advance. On the day of the event, I was told to pay for a Paradiso membership in order to receive the ticket, with no guarantee that I’d get the ticket afterward. That’s completely unreasonable. This whole experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. When I asked for a refund, customer service said it wasn’t possible. I now feel StubHub is completely unreliable and misleading. Absolutely useless service. Avoid this company at all costs if you want peace of mind when buying tickets.
