They belong in jail

They belong in jail. They have obvious evidence a ticket was not transferred, but refuse to issue a refund. They are thieves and will have charges pressed against them. I will also be seeking a lawyer who will happily sue on contingency. Perhaps everyone could get together here and file a class-action. It appears like the law-firm of Tycko & Zavareei is having success dealing with the evils of StubHub. They only do class-action though.

They get more things wrong than right

They get more things wrong than right. They'll not have an attending physician sign the rx, just the regular nurse. Naturally it gets rejected. They'll not send both requested refills, just one. They won't put multiple refills on the order even if you agreed to pay more. Avoid at all costs. Too much of a headache.
