Birmingham dreadful experience

I went into the store to purchase a phone charger and cable for an iPhone 15 pro. I understand from Ellie later that I had been selected my products by the manager who passed me onto someone to actually make the sale. This person was very helpful, adjusted two items on my phone and made the sale. Later in the day in a restaurant when I went to use the charger., it was the wrong one. I went back to the shop. Although I had a receipt for every purchase I’ve made that day, I did not have one for EE. Most unusual. I could show on my phone bank app that I have paid £39.98to EE. Not only did I not have the receipt., Ellie could find no trace of the sale between 11.00 and 14.00 on her system. Basically, I had no receipt and their system had showed no sale!!!!!! I am now left with products I can’t use and £40 out pocket and unable to charge my phone even though I explained I have my banking and train tickets on there Ellie was polite but indifferent but the sales person next to her was rude whilst discussing me with his customer. A poor experience and I am investigating changing from EE altogether.

Irresponsible sales service of EE Store

I was online purchased a PS5 game controller from EE Store company. When I received the delivery and I found that the packaging of the item was damaged. This is not an acceptable condition for a brand-new product, and it appears that the item may have been crushed by a heavy object during transit. I email to their customer service and ask to request arrange a return or exchange for the product. I have reasonable concerns that the product may have been subjected to heavy pressure or mishandling during transit, potentially causing internal damage or malfunction. This is not an unfounded assumption, but a logical and valid concern based on the condition of the item upon arrival. Unfortunately, they have response indicating that the product has not been damaged or malfunctioned. They are refusal to arrange a replacement and assume cover all associated costs for the return and redelivery process.

Rude Stratford store manager and guide…

The store manager and guide Hana at Stratford were not knowledgeable about data products and forced me to take a product I did not request as they had already charged my account. Very unfair. Refused to refund me so I could go elsewhere. No apology just rude responses but I was clear on what I needed that's why I went into a store for assistance. She later asked to call the helpline.

Processed payment incorrectly

Processed payment incorrectly, then sent me a sketchy, oddly punctuated email asking for card details.

Late Shipments and No Communication

Pre-ordered the Nintendo Switch 2 and a couple of accessories from here, by the end of launch day there was no evidence that it had even left their warehouse. DPD still sitting at ‘awaiting parcel’, and with me being based in Northern Ireland, unlikely to receive this before the start of next week. They submitted it to be shipped at 9pm the day before Launch date, Amazon can barely make that work, you definitely can’t, EE. The real kicker is that none of this was communicated, and even when I could get into contact with someone they had exactly the same information as I did, and they did not apologise in EE’s behalf or explain where the delays happened etc. Late deliveries to NI are no longer acceptable, especially for a pre-order - if you know a delivery takes an extra day or two - send them a day early. If you don’t know that (for some reason), at least apologise or admit wrong doing of some kind. I should have checked this trustpilot before hand, but EE’s ability to leave their customers in the dark is unparalleled in my I will not be using EE Store again.

Pathetic After Sales Service

The aftersales service was very disappointing and downright pathetic. I purchased a smart TV on line from EE store on 20th May 2025 which was suppose to be delivered within 3-5 working days. The delivery was delayed and I had to chase the EE for an update on delivery date and only after repeated calls and emails they advised me they cannot provide any tracking number or delivery date and I should wait for the courier to contact me. I had holidays plans in the half term and had to cancel those because of delays in delivery and lack of any information. The delivery was finally made 31 May after 11 working days. The delays disrupted my holiday plans and I was forced to cancel my family holidays which caused me financial loss. The EE management did not provide any details of the delivery and pushed my request to couriers which did not help.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. Purchased the VR2 and the camera for ps5. They wouldn't process the order unless I sent a utility bill (which I did) even though I feel this procedure was very odd as I had paid outright not on finance! Then recieved email saying the bill couldn't be a screenshot had to be a file. Again, why!? Its not on finance ! So I cancelled the order and purchase elsewhere. Only ordered through EE as i had become a recent customer but changing my network provider. (Pay as you go not contract)

Received a dirty taped up box for an item sold as new. Obviously a customer return, and a very poor condition one. Returns page on the website does not work and leads to a dead webpage. Customer services only available via email and not responding. Buyer beware. Terrible service for what's supposed to be a premium brand. Will have to go to my credit card company to help.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs, no matter how much cheaper their sale may be. Go somewhere that doesn't attempt to get out of refunds for faulty products. They are a little separated from the network so even they can barely help. Ordered earbuds as they were cheaper there. They stopped working. They tried everything to get me to go to Samsung which isn't exactly right. They are responsible as it was under 5 months. So after some wrangling I get Samsung to tell them to take them back and a fault number. They take them back. Week later they start saying the buds have passwords and data on them which is utterly impossible! They were reset. The funny thing is the issue is the left bud stopped giving audio, so all you would need to do is take them out of the case and see that the right one makes sound and left doesn't. But it's not incompetence solely, but maliciousness in avoiding a refund. Even if like this was, it is saving you 50 quid, go somewhere that has a proper returns process. EDIT: after wrangling and calling EE the network, I put in a formal complaint through the corporate complaints form. One of the guys from there got in touch with me, looked over everything, and asked them to communicate more clearly and give an update on the issue. It was sorted within a day. So if you do for whatever reason need to deal with the store, and can't get them to help you, complain to the network site not the store front.

Customer service impossible to get hold…

Customer service impossible to get hold of. No phone number to call. Emails go unanswered. Tried to file a return for a faulty product and nothing happened. Tried another return for 'unwanted' product and now they want me to pay to return a poor quality product. Better off using Currys or Amazon who offer free returns, no questions asked. As an EE customer, I have been extremely disappointed with the experience of buying from store.ee.co.uk and will be looking to move my phone business elsewhere.

Extremely bad; no customer service phone line. AVOID.

I ordered an iPhone 16 that arrived locked and in an unusable condition so I had to return it. However, Store.EE is a separate company within EE/BT and DOES NOT have its own phone line for customers to contact. There is no way to contact the company other than a generic email address. It took days for the company to respond to me and I had to initially pay for my own return postage. Store.EE were extremely slow in processing my refund and only did so after I filed a complaint through PayPal. If anything goes wrong you are on your own as calling the main EE telephone line does nothing as they have no access to your order records and no ability to help you. As the other reviews say: AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

AVOID EE STORE AT ALL COSTS!

Placed an order for a fitbit sense 2 (£150 in the sale) on 3rd Jan which showed as in stock, I selected standard delivery 1-3days. EE sent an invoice & marked the order as completed & despatched 7th Jan. No tracking info sent, no idea which company used. 17th Jan - I've still not received my order but have been charged! There is NO way to contact EE other than by email. I emailed on 10th Jan & have received 1 email reply on 16th Jan to say they'll investigate with the supplier and let me know! I feel ripped off and shocked at how awful the service is from a big name like EE store! 2 weeks now and I'm £150 down with no idea when this item is likely to arrive or if it ever will.

Sent my order to the wrong address and won't respond to phone or email

Placed an order on 2nd December and they sent it to the wrong address. Emailed on 3rd December and they still have not replied a week later. I have tried phoning multiple times but can't get through. Absolute shambles of a company. Will have to raise a dispute with my bank.

Poor Customer After Sales

Store. EE Customer Sales service is so bad at responding to emails. You can't call them, so they have the shield of hiding behind a computer. None response to emails leaves customers so frustrated. They don't even have the curtesy automated response. So I have no idea if they are handling my concerns. Now the rant aside. I ordered an iPhone which came in reasonable time. However as a part promotion they said they would include a free case. I did not necessarily expect them to come together but still I await the case. Frustratingly however nothing has appeared and I can't even get an email response. Surely you can do better EE

Store.ee have no customer services…

Store.ee have no customer services phone number. They have an email address, but ignore any messages sent. I ordered a TV which was in stock. They took payment. The order is stuck on "processing", and the TV is now out of stock. The cancel button doesn't work. What the hell am I supposed to do now? Wait until January? I could have ordered from a company with customer services instead, and I suggest that's what you should do. Steer well clear of store.ee!!!!

Overall great service and price!

After reading some poor reviews, I've been very impressed with Store EE. I bought two sets of JBL headphones on separate orders. Both were at a very good price and the postage was free. Communication from Store EE was good and the headphones were delivered in under 2 days.

totally lied about the delivery time scale

purchased an item from them on Monday the 28th of October 2024. they made out it would take 1-3 days till delivery but I checked on my order late on the evening of Friday the 1st November 2024. it is still showing as in processing how can it take 4 days to process your own product they totally deceived me and I would not recommend them it was more expensive than Amazon I only went for it because they intermated that it would only take 3 days. what a CON
