First bet thought I had placed a fixed odds bet for £5 next thing I know I am -£355 rang customer service and they said that I to pay for what my fixed odds bet came in at5 to 2 but y mistake I made a sread bet how can I lose £355 on a winning fixed odds bet to a spead bet offered £30 a month to clear a debt which I don't understand they declined offered £50 a month 2 weeks on not heard anything disgraceful

They may not have the best odds, and the price boosts are not always that great, but they reward your loyalty with free bets and ran some of the best Cheltenham offers, when other bookies give u a 10p scratch card . I only use the sports book so can't comment on spread betting. Most bookies restrict your bets if u win but they don't seem to have that policy which is quite refreshing. Very briefly a customer had a few larger bets. Started messing with my deposits limit, kept going to zero. Possibly as I asked for a daily deposit limit of 1k they no longer want me as customer even though I had to sanction every deposit from my bank unless I give them bank info etc which no right person would want to.I never asked for my limits to be amended from what was initially agreed. Within weeks they amended them hence my disappointment .Tried to obtain CEO contact details appears they don't wish to supply. Cest La Vie . They need me more than they realise!!
