Extremely happy
My purchase arrived quick and was packaged very nicely. It was bubble taped extremely well so no damage was involved in the delivery. Once opened it was just what we expected and more. A very nice Birthday present for my son that he will cherish for years to come.

Did not get what I ordered.
Paid over $100 extra for quicker shipping and just received today and it didn’t come with the advertised certificate of authenticity They did refund my shipping costs. Still wondering about the certificate of authenticity. William Johnson

This product is not what was…
This product is not what was advertised. It is nothing more than a cheap pease pf plastic. My son was expecting to be able to put it on but you can’t even do that because it is so fake. It is advertised as an authentic replica helmet but it is NOT. I paid good money for this item. So disappointed. It doesn’t even have Troy Polamalu number 43 on the back of the helmet. So bad, my advice to everyone out there not to buy anything from this company.

Way overpriced for the quality
Way overpriced for the quality. I found a similar item, which cost less, and the quality of the jersey was damn near authentic. Do your research, I thought after reading many reviews the product would be better. Very disappointed, hopefully my son doesn't feel the same way on Christmas.

Shipping Snafu!! …
My purchase went through Shopify secure purchase and it auto filled my info and payment with one click, normally fine, but this was a gift for my brother who lives across the state, I sent an email to customer service and they got back to me within hours! Problem fixed, and package was on the way immediately so there would be no chance of further confusion! Second time I have purchased something from them and both times I have been very satisfied! My brother loved his gift!
