My purchase arrived quick and was packaged very nicely. It was bubble taped extremely well so no damage was involved in the delivery. Once opened it was just what we expected and more. A very nice Birthday present for my son that he will cherish for years to come.

Did not get what I ordered.
Paid over $100 extra for quicker shipping and just received today and it didn’t come with the advertised certificate of authenticity They did refund my shipping costs. Still wondering about the certificate of authenticity. William Johnson

Dear Sports Integrity,
Your service was fantastic and on time. Packaging was excellent to protect the picture and frame. My reason for a 2 is the condition of the picture itself. There are several areas with dust/fibre behind the glass but the worst part is the picture actually has some kind of stain on it. I was so disappointed as this was purchased and shipped to Dubai where I live so it was expensive to end up with this flaw. Kind regards, Tim H Update, The owner got in touch and was very nice saying he wanted to do something to fix this which I thought was very admirable. On the 14th of September 2021 he wrote me saying he’s out of the office but will contact me within 3 hours. Never heard from him again and it’s now the 22nd September 2021. I even sent a follow up email on the 18th September just in case something went wrong but no reply. I’m sorry but if you purchase from this company be prepared for the lack of quality control and even more the disappointment of customer satisfaction when something goes wrong. Absolutely awful!!
Absolutely awful!!! Experience!! I orderd a Mac Jones Autographed Jersey and paid for 2day shipping on August 31st 2021 8 days later still no Jersey emailed called never heard anything then finally got in touch and was told o the Jersey auto was smudged we can try find you a new one then to be told can't find me a new one and now my refund sits unavailable untill their check clears been 15 days now ..... (I also personally think they just didn't want to sell me the Jersey cuz next day he was named starter so prices on his Autographed Jersey went way up)
