I highly recommend 365 tickets. I’ve bought it several times. Easy to buy, super attentuve staff and everything as contracted. Very satisfied!

Foram 2 compras para 2 clientes com eventos na mesma semana! Um show em Madri e uma semi final da Eurocopa em Munique (2024). Foi tudo perfeito! Sempre muito rápidos no atendimento, solícitos e prestaram todas as informações necessárias detalhadamente para entrada nos estádios. Agradecimento a toda a Equipe 365 Tickets, em especial a Eugenia. Já usamos os serviços da 365 outras vezes e tudo sempre deu muito certo! Parabéns!

J’écris un avis plutôt tardivement, je suis entièrement satisfaite de la vente des billets et des échanges. C’était la première fois pour moi et c’était un cadeau, on s’est déplacé jusqu’à Madrid pour assister à la ligue des champions (Madrid - Napoli novembre 2023). J’avais très peur sur la fiabilité (des avis, du site etc) mais je peux vous garantir que vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés ! Nos places étaient incroyable ! Je remercie toute l’équipe, certes ça a un coût mais c’était un moment magique et j’insiste sur l’emplacement en tribune nous avons été surclassé. Merci Sports events 365 ❤️

This company is not trustworthy. I bought my ticket for the Show 3 weeks in advance. But to my surprise, they sent me an email saying that the price had changed and that I would need to pay more. And the money I had already paid was not returned to my account. Furthermore, I discovered that I had not purchased a "ViP" area as they sell on the website to deceive you. But I was still going to find out... because I decided to pay the extra to be able to go to the event. The ticket was supposed to arrive between 24h and 72h as they promised.... it arrived 4 hours before the Event. And what was supposed to be a special day turned into a nightmare. The ticket they sent me contained the amount they had paid! 145 pounds. But they charged me 350 pounds!!! Yes, absurd. With the excuse that it was a VIP area. Because it wasn't a VIP area! and I stayed in a chair far away that I could have bought myself on the day! as there were plenty of tickets on the Event's official website, yet. Greed and lack of respect for the customer is above all in this company. Be careful.!

Experience was perfect. Tickets recieved in good time before Roland Garros semifinal and final/2024, and quick respons on email and whatsapp from Eugenia. This is the second time we have trusted the service provided, as last year we saw Tottenham versus City in London.

Très mauvaise expérience avec sport event 365. Je déconseille fortement. Après l’achat d’une place de concert sur ce site internet pour Coldplay, bizarrement les seuls à avoir des places alors que c’est sold out partout. J’ai souhaité une remboursement mais impossible à obtenir. Le service client m’a indiqué que je pouvais la revendre avec une décote de 20% sans explication, de plus si la place ne ce vend pas avant le concert, je ne pourrais ni récupérer la place, ni l’argent !!! Donc j’aurais perdu 350 euros. Après avoir contacté le responsable du service client (qui au passage était des plus agressif et menaçant) M’a dit que je n’avais aucune solution et que je ne récupérer pas mon argent. À fuir !!!

Ho acquistato 5 biglietti per Lazio -Sassuolo. 75 euro a biglietto per posti pessimi. Valore del biglietto 40 euro. Attendo un rimborso altrimenti vi denuncio e vi faccio causa seduta stante. Ritengo che sia un furto. il mio ordine è il numero 172325 Eleonora Cesaretti per 376 euro ho ottenuto dei biglietti in tribuna tevere che sono orribili, quando poi ci sono ancora dei posti liberi degni di nota. Mai successa una cosa simile!!!

I recently purchased two tickets for a local team game through this reseller. Positively, the tickets arrived two days before the Game and the seats were even next to each other, which isn’t always a given. Neutrally, it should be noted that the tickets were more expensive than buying them directly from the event organizer. Overall, the purchasing process was smooth and straightforward. Good experience for those willing to pay a bit more for convenience.

Incroyable billet pris le mercredi 15 Mai à 20h pour le match nice paris. J’ai payé 127€ pour deux places en loge bodega et j’ai reçu les billets au bout de 15 minutes ! Je recommande fortement !

Ich habe Tickets für ein Premiere League Spiel gekauft. Aufgrund von privaten Gründen konnten wir die Reise nach London nicht antreten und ich habe Sports Event 365 kontaktiert. Sie boten mir an die Tickets weiter zu verkaufen und ich würde dann 70% davon erstattet bekommen. Alles schön und gut aber ich habe das Unternehmen mit dieser Bitte 4 mal kontaktieren, das erste mal 4 Wochen bevor das Spiel stattgefunden hätte. Leider erhielte ich keine richtige Antwort und jetzt wo das Spiel gelaufen ist, auch kein Geld zurück! Eine Frechheit wenn man bedenkt, dass die Tickets 3x so viel gekostet haben am Ende, als das was ich für meine Tickets ausgegeben habe. Bedeutet also, dass WENN sie die zum Wiederverkauf reingestellt hätten, die Karten sicherlich verkauft worden wären! WÜRDE ICH NIEMANDEN WEITEREMPFEHLEN!!

J'ai commandé 2 billets avec 0laces communiquantes pour Ac Milan-inter Milan, les places sont arrivées 72h avant comme convenu, nous étions bien placé et côté à côté comme prévu. Néanmoins je trouve le prix cher pour un commande faite 5 mois avant la date du match.. Sinon très bonne expérience. Si je refais un match à l'international je recommanderai à coup sur via ce site.
