SportFits.EU, are still deliberately dragging their heels on sorting out my complaint
I want to be reimbursed for my damaged order
And, I want the damaged order to be collected by Courier and returned to, SportFits at their expense
SportFits, must pay for the damaged order's return, because they sent my order with a slipshod postal-service, instead of with, DHL who I paid them for to deliver my order
And, who, SportFits, falsely advertise as their Courier on their website
The postal 'service' damaged my order and I reported the damage to, SportFits, straight away, and their lazy, Customer Care asked me for photos of the damaged delivery-parcel,which I sent them straight away
Since then, I have heard nothing from, SportFits
SportFits, are playing a sneaky game of holding the Customer's money for as long as possible to try to get interest on the Customer's money so as to pay for the return of the damaged delivery-parcel to, SportFits, in Germany
I spent over 300 Euro on the order, and ithe order arrived by post with holes gouged out of the delivery-parcel, and the security seal was voided, because the security seal was sliced through by the corrupt postal-service, who must suspect that, SportFits, are shipping contraband from SportFits' warehouse, instead of sportswares
It just does not make sense
SportFits, Customer Care do not try to help Customers,
SportFits, Customer Care, did not contact, DHL as I requested them to, to ensure that my expensive order was delivered by, DHL, who I paid for, and not the slipshod postal service who vandalise people's parcels, open people's parcels, and maul the contents of people's parcels, and then expect that people should accept the damaged, voided, delivery, and sign for it
I did not sign for the delivery, it was damaged
I was not there when the post showed up and left the damaged delivery-parcel at my address
If I was there at the time of delivery, I would have refused the delivery, because my order was damaged and voided and mauled by the postal-service
Right now, I have a large, damaged, delivery-parcel blocking my front-door, which is affecting my ability to get in and out of my property
It is also affecting other deliveries being delivered, because the damaged delivery-parcel is large, and causing an obstruction.
I told, SportFits, Customer Care about this problem and asked them how soon would the damaged delivery-parcel be collected by their Courier, and returned to, SportFits, so that the damaged delivery-parcel is out of my way, and I can then get my money back from, SportFits / the Crooks
SportFits, have ignored my complaint, so that they can fraudulantly make interest on witholding the cost of the damaged order.
SportFits, is a Dishonest, Rogue-Trader, who displays the, "Trusted Websites E", symbol on the, SportFits website, which is supposed to guarantee that a website is trustworthy and treats Customers properly and obeys Consumer Laws
What a joke
SportFits, have brought the, "Trusted Websites Guarantee" into disrepute, because, SportFits, do not uphold the Trusted Website Guarantee principles, or members' obligations
It is all a complete fallacy
SportFits, is a Despicable, Fraudulant company
Do not be fooled by prices
AVOID, OR YOUR ORDER WILL BE VOIDED BY THE POSTAL SERVICE, DISGUISED AND ADVERTISED, AS, DHL
