Had my bike 11 moths had change the battery yesterday went to work to day parked up now I've found brake fluid flecking all down the front wheel rang speedway after talking to some one because I have not had a service after 6 months they have said my woranty has gone the bike as only done 140 miles as only drive it to work in the summer I've had 4 bikes off them I feel like they don't care after you pay your money with wot I no now will never go there again so be wary
Keep away from these thieves!!! Brought a bike for my wife told it was brand new model had been pdi inspected rode it home and the rear shock was shot no damping whatsoever she took it back less than 24 hrs later they tried to fob her off with they are all like that WRONG after speaking to them they agreed to swop the shock I wanted her old bike back and the balance she had paid only to be told her old bike had already been re serviced and that if she wanted it back it was going to cost her £500 this is totally wrong under the sales of goods act 2015 But they think they are above the law . They did change the shock for a new one but only after I told them it was going to an mot station immediately after which it did they picked up the throttle was sticking the wheels were out of alignment which I put right myself as I wouldn't trust them with a pushbike I am currently waiting for Trading Standards to get back to me as this company want stopping they have no morals are rude and somebody is going to get seriously hurt with how they prepare and send bikes out For your own safety stay away the reply from them below is total shite the shock absorber WAS BROKEN I Have been riding bikes for 45 yrs and racing at semi professional level so know what I'm talking about NOTHING WAS SAID about the bike being 6 months old she was told it was brand new I admit I didn't want her to have a bike off you because of your abysmal reputation around the area you twist the truth to suit yourselves warranty means nothing and as for you changed the shock out of good will you did it because I was going to take the bike to an mot station and then contacting the DSA about your poor No appalling attempt at PDI on a bike I am still waiting on Trading Standards because someone has to stop you treating customers the way you do
I bought a brand new lexmoto titan 125 it was ok in the beginning but now have problems I have had to take to a garage and I had to have new exhaust,new heat sensor.the company say you get warranty but when you ask them they say it don't stand as I have got a mechanic as they wanted me to pay for them to pick up the bike why should I have to pay when bike is still under warranty absolutely disgusting I wouldn't recommend this company
All the staff were really helpful. Massive selection of bikes. Could not recommend more!!! I will buy again from this shop. I bought some accessories too.
i was right about speedway cycles they addmiited in an email to me saying................you clearly accepted our terms and conditions, we have your emails to prove it! or was it your brother again who accessed your computer confirming that we needed to proceed. perhaps your anger should be vented towards him. I agree with you. this is what we sent you as we have your previous messages confirming exactly that. many thanks speedway team

Would not recommend this company at all. Had a bike from them and had nothing but issues. The shop would not accept responsibility or repair the bike despite it being under warranty. The quality is not worth the money spent. The bikes are cheap and imported. Seems like I’m not the only person that has had issues after reading other reviews. Take your money elsewhere.
Ripped off well he thinks he’s going rip me off sold me two blitz bikes for kids both terrible imports broke on the first day both of them took back to fix came back exactly same has them back again and starts coming up with utter lies about the problem being ours and there damaged they are only 3 weeks old pathetic avoid these like the plague
Enquiry call on Wednesday (Ryan), picked up my Lexmoto SRT125 Saturday, the staff were pleasant, professional and efficient, pleased with a great deal and will use again, my only minor niggle is the email paperwork isn't clear on the payment procedure and their accont/sort code was tiny (perhaps because it was a phone screen) I wasn't contacted to confirm collection (I had to call them late Friday) as it was an hour and 30mins journey to collect No big issue but these things can improve the perception of a business, I'm puzzled by the 1 star reviews here, I suspect youthful impetulace and attitude may be a common factor due to the nature of the markets footfall My visiting impression was a successful business struggling to keep up with demand which is understandable, good luck Speedway Motorcycles

Honestly great service, Got it delivered in a week and answered all my questions in and out of opening times. Huge thanks to Matt for all the help. Now going to enjoy my first bike

Saw so many bad reviews of this company but I’ve had the best experience with them I purchased my lxr se 2023 plate they let Me leave a deposit and pay the rest off before I even got there to do the deposit they had already started the pdi on the bike and I had my plate details through within the hour very helpful not pushy at all and helped me make the best choice for me even got me my delivery in 2 days very happy with the customer service I received cant wait till delivery Monday and delivery is even free.sorry but I can’t fault this shop at all they have been nothing but helpful

Travelled 40 miles to buy a bike. The showroom was locked for lunch. As I patiently waited outside the door, a man came iut of the show room, never said a word and lit up a cigarette. I asked if he was the salesman and he said he was the owner. I told him I came to but a bike and asked if he would open up for me to go in and it told me they were shut for lunch because they were so busy! If this is their attitude before they have my money....... unbelievable. Truly shocking.
Purchased a 125 scooter from them paid cash the bike was delivered only to have a stop drive notice placed on it 2 days later due to faulty wheel spacers a recall that had been in place since march this year the bike should never have been sold in the first place. Luckily my fiance who the scoot was intended for did not take it out being her first ever bike this could have been catastrophic!!! Contacted Speedway to reject the bike due to this it being a legal requirement on their part to take it back only to be told that it is our responsibility to get it back to them at our own cost even though THEY are at fault for selling dangerous merchandise before they will consider the refund which under the consumer rights act is down to them. We have arranged for a courier to take it back now at a cost of over £300 rest assured SPEEDWAY are not to be trusted and we will be seeking full recompense for the courier we have now employed through the small claims court their treatment of customers is disgusting and they do not care at all about customer safety or the consumer rights act beware of using these so called retailers and read the small print in the contract it is designed to rip you off. My advise is buy local and if Speedway is local DONT USE THEM
