Pros - -Back loads -Networking -Multidrop work -Easy to use -Good software tools -Different levels of subscriptions (could be tailored more though like for myself different needs bespoke package would be ideal). Cons - -Lots of completion (but to be expected). -Posters want lowest rate possible over quality... -Post invoices not all electronic for some posters. At the end of the day you get out what you put in everyone knows transport is ones of the toughest industries around. Cx is a platform use it how you need to. Nice call from the customer service chap who was checking in making sure I was doing ok.
