Very straightforward website with clear details and information. I booked a lovely spa break for 2, lovely no fuss.

Easy to use. Helpful filters. Some price reductions. Downside - booked the spa break weekend including treatments but then have to phone up to arrange the treatment times separately to the booking

Very easy to book

I was gifted a voucher and booked a spa evening paid an addition amount thinking this would be lovely over the Christmas period only to be emailed days later to say it had been cancelled and my chosen experience was no longer available. I was not happy with the communication or experience I had with spa seekers.

I was able to find a suitable available spa day deal for myself and a friend and we are both pleased with it. What would be helpful would be if there was a map to view from so that its easier to select the spas in the surrounding area. I look forward to the spa coming up next week

First time booking with Spa seekers, booking process very straightforward to use.

Excellent service which greatly exceeded my expectations. So here I am, looking for a last minute spa day for my birthday on a Sunday morning (my birthday was two days later on Tuesday). I decided to use Spa Seekers. I won’t lie I was a bit worried about some of the reviews but I decided to give them a try and that was the best decision ever. Booking was easy and quick. The confirmation came soon after. They advised me to call the spa directly to get an appointment time for the treatment. I called the spa and they had already received my booking - how efficient right! Two days later, I went for my appointment and absolutely loved the spa day. The Spa was clean, very relaxing environment and I had one of the best massages ever. Only down side is the hot tub malfunction during the day, luckily I was on my way out to get ready for my lunch. Lunch was so yummy - 2 course meal, proper yummy steak unlike some spa deals with offer ‘healthy’ meals. Overall my experience was amazing and I will use them again.

Cancelled my booking 3 days before due to an ‘error’. Had an email to tell me they found another booking but that I had to pay another £134!!! Absolute joke. Now I have to wait 5 days before my refund clears. Literally ruined my birthday weekend.
