Slow shipping.

I have always said that customer service can make or break a company. I love their items, and have purchased over many years. The only place I will buy my dresses. I had a little issue with a package that seemed lost. Joseph took care of it immediately. There was none of the give it more time, in fact I thought to wait a few more days, and he suggested not to. I should have my lovely dresses by end of this week for a trip I am taking. Thank you Joseph, and Sourpuss

Awesome customer service! An item I ordered was out of stock & they emailed me offering a refund, exchange, or store credit. I replied and the next morning was told my order was shipping out that upcoming Monday (they emailed back on Friday) I got my order on Wednesday. The quality of my items are great, I ordered a little bit of everything; jewelry, a blanket, tote bag, clothing, etc. and all were really nice & well made. This was my first order through them & I will definitely be a repeat customer! Thanks to Joe for helping me out with the exchange on my order, he was very helpful & responsive! Recommend!

Ordered from Sourpuss US Great customer service, I cannot rate them highly enough. Ordered a top which seems to have got lost and they sent another out. Some other companies would do well to take a leaf out of Sourpuss’s book and treat their customers as well as sourpuss. Would definitely recommend, great company with a huge range of good quality items.

Toller Shop mit guten, ausgefallenen Produkten. Die Qualität der Kleidung ist soweit gut und der Service ist wirklich freundlich. Leider versenden sie mit DPD. Mein Paket wurde erst nach einer Woche abgeholt - nachdem ich bei DPD Druck gemacht habe! Dann ging's aber ganz schnell, innerhalb von 5 Minuten wurde das Paket abgeholt. Den Shop würde ich jederzeit empfehlen, aber sie sollten den Transportdienstleister wechseln.

After being their customer since I was a teen, I ordered a few months ago a dress and some home décor items (a mirror, a hanger, a wall coffin) from the EU site that weren't described on their website as highly carcinogenic. I received all of them with a warning on their boxes saying they were highly carcinogenic and not recommended for use indoors and the Rose Garden Magnolia dress was full of scratches and the seams were ripped open on both sides! Why on earth wouldn't you warn people on your website about what they're are actually buying, specially if you are selling things that contain harmful substances forbidden in many countries?! I immediately sent (Chris Anderson was the main point of contact for customer queries and manager back then) an email telling them we have cancer survivors at home and acute asthma and I wanted to return the whole order for receiving something completely different (and a faulty dress) to what was announced. If as a customer I receive something that is not as described, is my right to have my money back. For the first time in my life buying online from a known brand I NEVER got any reply to that email where I was so concerned or the ones that followed! Great job, Chris Anderson and company :) I had to open a case on PayPal, providing proof of everything and after getting contacted by PayPal, Sourpuss decided more than a month later to tell PayPal they wanted the whole order back, making me pay for the return shipping = 30€ even when an item was faulty and I shouldn't pay to return it and the rest were not a described! So I had to send everything back after more than a month being ignored! Not a single word, it was unbelievable. PayPal told me they obviously had my back on this and they refunded me for the shipping and for the whole order and they assured me they would deal with Sourpuss as this was their fault. Today, many months after, Sourpuss haven't replied to my email or apologized at all. I learned their customer service was known for being terrible in Europe (great work, Chris and Deidre!), I saw many people reselling the decoration items on Vinted without their boxes (where the warnings were) and several Magnolia dresses with the same faults! So I am sooo glad they ended up closing their warehouse in Europe, there's no way on earth a company like that deserves to be around. Now this person is going to manage the new EU shop for Killstar... I am not surprised :)

This is a while ago, but ut still irks me because the customer service was bad. It was a sale and since I live in another country I have to pay duty on anything that would cost above 38$ with shipping. So when the sale happened, I was happy to see that I could buy a dress and it wouldn't cost me duty when it arrived. Unfortunatly Sourpuss proceeded to mark my package with the full amount before the sale price. So I was hit with a big bill when the package arrived in my country. I complained to their customers service and they told me that they were required by law to write the before price on the package and not what I actually paid. This is not true since no other business I ever bought from has done that and I've been shopping online from abroad for over 15 years. And even customs in my own country confirmed that I was right. I had to go through a lot of hassle just to get the duty I paid, refunded by customs. Put me off buying from them again.

AMAZING. I’ve been a frequent repeat customer & lover of Sourpuss for years (with the overflowing, amazing closet to prove) but never felt the need to find a space to leave a review until now. I’ve always loved all my items. The sizing is just right, items are quality and unique. I’ve never needed customer service because of this, until this week. A package was stolen off my porch for the first time ever - obviously super bummed so I reached out to the shipping folks to see what my options were. They got back to me SO fast and offered to work with me and have the items resent AND include a signature requirement so it won’t go missing again. I will continue to return and recommend Sourpuss clothing as they are truly an amazing brand !!! 100000/10 !!!

Fantastic company. Quality clothing, original designs and I love the fact they use different size models. Ordered from Sourpuss EU on Monday and my package arrived on Thursday (Germany to UK, during Covid). I've ordered out of stock items before too, and Chris was very helpful and arranged a different size for me - great customer service. Wonderful company to deal with!

It's not the first time I've ordered things from Sourpuss Europe as I'm in Portugal. And everytime the items are fantastic and super fast to deliver. This last time, end of March, even with all the virus issue, it tooked 2 days to arrive.

Didn't declare a value of the fedex label so being returned before I even got it. Christmas ruined for my partner.

Very good online store. Got an email right away when one item was not in stuck and a refund right away. Super service. ordered from here with delivery to Norway. Very quick delivery. got email along the way how the order was located.

I have been shopping from this online store for several years and have no complaints. If anything I have praises because whenever there have been any sort of hiccups like an item being out of stock or shipping delays, they have been responsive and quick to remedy the situation. I have always left every experience a happy customer. They have very cute clothing of excellent quality for the price (even at full price) and great punk shirts and their sales can't be beaten! They are an indie company so while I feel the shipping can often be high, I realize they are not Amazon and shipping costs can gouge into a businesses profits so I will let it slide and not let that deter me from ordering.

Fast delivery! I think sale items on the website should be clearer, showing the before price as well as the discounted price. But other than that the site is good, the items are great and the super fast delivery was an unexpected surprise!

Best customer service hands down. I had a mishap with a bathing suit that I purchased. Emailed customer service, not only did they respond quickly. They took care of the situation immediately. The error was corrected. But not only did they correct it. They made sure that, I the customer, was happy with the item that I received. Can't wait to order more items.

Bought a purse from a vendor that had a manufacturing defect. I asked for a resource to repair it and they sent a new one to me and paid the shipping. Have cute clothes and purses and carry plus sizes in some things also, a definite plus! Will be buying again

Awesome customer service, great products....what more can a person ask for? They're always willing to work with you, their sales are great, I'm pretty much replacing my wardrobe with their stuff.....

Such a shame.
