Marked my package wrong and wouldn't admit they made a mistake
This is a while ago, but ut still irks me because the customer service was bad. It was a sale and since I live in another country I have to pay duty on anything that would cost above 38$ with shipping. So when the sale happened, I was happy to see that I could buy a dress and it wouldn't cost me duty when it arrived. Unfortunatly Sourpuss proceeded to mark my package with the full amount before the sale price. So I was hit with a big bill when the package arrived in my country. I complained to their customers service and they told me that they were required by law to write the before price on the package and not what I actually paid. This is not true since no other business I ever bought from has done that and I've been shopping online from abroad for over 15 years. And even customs in my own country confirmed that I was right. I had to go through a lot of hassle just to get the duty I paid, refunded by customs. Put me off buying from them again.
