Product is great and washes well. I had an issue with a zipper on one of my pillow covers, called customer service, they were very understanding and replaced the cover without question.... excellent customer experience, thank you

Ordering was easy and product received quickly. This is the best product I have ever ordered online. It does exactly what you claim. I am so impressed and loving the covers! Thank you for making such a great product.

I ordered the dark brown slip covers for my sectional and they look dark brown at night in artificial light! BUT during the daylight hours they are a maroon/purple color which clashes with my room. When I complained and asked if I could dye them I was told to choose from their many other colors! That doesn't help!!

I have dogs so the idea they can be on the couch with me and I can remove a cover when needed to wash is upmost in my requirements.

The wrong items were sent. When I contacted Customer Service they said they would send the correct items. I haven't received them yet, but trusting they will arrive.

They will not allow us to return our covers for a refund. They look horrible on our couches and would like to return them for a refund .. they keep trying to upsell us etc .. frustrating .. so much for 30 day return policy .. you are not allowed to return them.

Good quality fabric and workmanship. The covers fit perfectly.

I love the colour. One of the covers was too big. Only needed a regular seat cover. It moves around a bit. Have to keep tucking it. Otherwise great.

Not waterproof! My dog had an accident & the urine went straight into the cushion. Doesn’t protect against spills or accidents 😤. Very disappointed. Do not recommend

Covers work great! My back pillows are really large...the covers look great from the front, but they don't quite cover the entire back - so it's visible that they are covers. But overall very pleased with my purchase.

UPDATED REVIEW: I'd originally given 4 stars but after the first wash (on gentle), a zipper broke on the pillow cover. After sending a photo to customer service, they quickly shipped out another pillow cover. These covers look great, keep my couch free from dog hair and dirty paws, and are very easy to put on and take off. I have just ordered a second set, for when the first one is in the wash.

Came quickly, look good. Don't know yet how they hold up so that is why didn't give 5.

Lovely material but a bit small for my seats. They cover bey not like I had hoped.

I was skeptical at first. I had a friend who went gaga over them. She ordered two sets for her sofas. I purchased just the seat covers. Our backs are attached so I did not get those. I am extremely impressed with these. The dogs have been unable to budge them from the seats. They are exactly where they were the day I put them. No snags from the cats, that is amazing, and none from the dogs. I will be ordering a second set for changing our for washing.

Shipping was relatively quick. Product is great and my furniture looks better than when bought. Will be buying different colours for change of pace eg summer and winter.
