Leider werden die Lieferzeiten wiederholt nicht eingehalten

Schnell und gut

Leider hatten Sie nicht meinen Snus vorrätig und es gab keine Alternativen zu geschmacksneutralen Pouches. Außerdem bin ich im Warenkorb evtl. versehentlich auf (-) gekommen und habe so nur 9 Packungen bestellt und somit nicht den Rollenrabatt bekommen. So was sollte nicht so leicht ohne kurze Nachfrage möglich sein.

Über einen Monat warte ich jetzt auf meine Bestellung. Nix

Hat ewig gedauert bis es versendet wurde und hab es seit 1 Woche immernoch nicht bekommen und wird nicht zugestellt.

I order frequently. The latest order has been delayed twice and still has not arrived. I tried expedited shipping to once and it took just as long a standard. This complaint may be in the choice of shipping rather than the company or product itself.

It was a smooth transaction and the shipping was on time.

Excellent customer care,sometimes great deals and overall fair prices. Will order soon again. :)
