Was worried about buying expensive skincare online but everything I've received has been genuine and fresh. The expiration dates are always good and packaging is intact. Definitely trust this site more than some others out there.

I've been shopping here for skincare products for over a year now and I'm consistently impressed with their product range. They carry all the high-end brands I love like Drunk Elephant and The Ordinary. Shipping is usually pretty quick too, though sometimes the packaging could be better - had one serum arrive with a slightly cracked bottle.

Love the product range but the website crashes sometimes during checkout which is super annoying. Had to try three times to complete my last order. Maybe they need better servers during peak times?

Products always arrive authentic and as described, but I've had several glass bottles arrive broken due to insufficient padding. They do replace damaged items but it's inconvenient having to wait for replacements.

I only shop during their major sales events and have saved hundreds on my skincare routine. Black Friday and summer sales are particularly good. Stock up time! Just make sure to check expiration dates on discounted items.

Good product selection but shipping costs add up quickly if you're not hitting the free shipping minimum. Wish they had lower thresholds for free delivery.
