I recently needed to replace my pressure respirator and after a quick online search, the JSP unit looked the favourite. Comparing prices and reviews, I soon decided to purchase from Sitebox. The Sitebox website was easy to navigate and ordering was simple. My goods arrived by currier within two days...impressive seeing as I placed my order on Bank Holiday Monday. Everything was exactly as advertised and I'm completely satisfied with my order and the fantastic service I received. An easy 5 stars, I'll be returning as a customer again soon.

After 2 previous companies messed me about and PayPal disputes to get money back etc it was finally a refreshing experience dealing with these guys. My first contact Sonia on the phone was extremely helpful polite and had a caring attitude very rare in the UK these days. My V7 pressure washer arrived the very next day and what a quality machine it is I'm very happy with the whole experience it's a shame it took me 3 goes to find a decent company. This is how customer service should be instead of constantly having to chase people for refunds and ignored emails.
