I am writing to formally express my serious dissatisfaction with the handling of my recent order and payment. On Friday, 04/07/2025, I submitted full payment and promptly provided the two required photographs as instructed—both of which were originally and again the following day by email...no reply...again! Despite having followed all the necessary steps, I have received no confirmation, no update, and no indication whatsoever regarding the status of my order. This complete lack of communication is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your service standards. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this, including calling your listed contact number (0141 774 5023), which doesn't even ring—there is no tone, no voicemail, nothing. I expect immediate clarification on the status of my order and a timeline for delivery. Stay away from this company everyone!!! They just want to take your money!

Been using Simple online pharmacy since March 2025 and they’ve been consistently good every single month I’ve used them to order. They mostly use DPD which is great as DPD are so reliable. The medicine is always well packaged and has arrived next day delivery most times. The process for applying for weight loss jabs is really easy and fuss free. Your prescription is approved really quickly. I almost went with a different online pharmacy a couple of months ago, but they messed me around and I cancelled and went straight back to Simple Online Pharmacy. Don’t hesitate to use these guys, they’re fantastic.
