Extremely Disappointed – Unsafe Delivery and Poor Customer Service I ordered my refrigerated medication on Friday, 27th June, and it didn’t arrive until Tuesday, 1st July—during the hottest weekend of the year. When it finally arrived, all the ice packs were completely melted, and I was extremely concerned about the safety of the medication. I tried to contact the company multiple times online with no response. Eventually, I had to call and spoke to someone named Hannah, who initially downplayed the issue, claiming the medication would be fine at 30°C. I had to repeatedly explain that UK temperatures had exceeded that, and the medication had likely been sitting in a hot warehouse for days. Despite my insistence that I would not take the medication due to safety concerns, I had to push hard just to get a returns label and a replacement agreed. Now, over 24 hours later, I still haven’t received either. No Communication or any response from my emails!! The lack of urgency, poor communication, and inadequate handling of temperature-sensitive medication is completely unacceptable. I’m beyond frustrated and will be escalating this complaint if it’s not resolved immediately. Order number SO3154760 - Maybe putting a review on your page might trigger a response!

My order arrived on my doorstep on the hottest day of the year, it was sat for 4 Mins before I got to it. The ice pack had melted is it still safe to use? I did log a report but no one came Back to me. Thanks

Went through the process of applying to get in Mounjaro with this company. Promised an online consultation- never happened, just took my money and sent the meds, and that’s where my real problems began. The package arrived ripped, the plastic bag is thin as tissue paper, clearly as cheap as possible, sterile wipes were missing, the box containing the injector device was absolutely battered and unsafe. Simple online pharmacy did not respond to emails initially, they eventually answered a phone call, 20 minutes wait, and basically did nothing. I was advised by ‘a health care executive’, who by her own admission had no medical training and didn’t need any according to her, that it was fine to use. Wow!! I won’t be using it, they won’t refund only offered to resend. Avoid this company on your weight loss journey , all they want is your money, no follow up care or assistance . As you can see I’ve had a reply from this awful company- asking me to contact customer care, no contact details given though. As I said all they want is your money
