My other orders have come in very good condition but unfortunately this order of Mojarro came in bad condition. The boxes were ripped on both the pen and the needles. Luckily the pen seems to be absolutely fine but I really don’t want to have this experience when I next order. I can’t understand anybody packaging it when it was in that condition. The top of the box on the needle was ripped off so on packaging it was already in a bad state.

Be very wary of this company this is now my second review. My first delivery was delayed and the goods arrived warm. They dealt with this by issuing a new product and on the strength of this I raised my Truspilot score for them. I ordered from them a second time having felt satisfied that they resolved the issue, however this delivery was also delayed and arrived today damaged and warm having been sat in the drivers van since yesterday. I have been in touch with Simple, taken photographs and asked for this to be dealt with. Their response is that as I have already had one product replaced they will not address the complaint this time. I have raised this as a section 75 with my credit card company as I have spend £143 and received goods that are not fit for purpose and damaged. They seem to totally disrespect the consumer rights act which states that goods should be fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. They are also responsible for the condition of the goods until they are in my hands which means that regardless of DPD's negligence, they should refund or replace. It is not my fault that twice their courier has been negligent and the goods have arrived in poor condition. I notice that I am not the only person to have had similar poor service. I would encourage anyone having issues to raise a section 75 with their credit card company. Having ordered injections from both Boots and Asda over the last two years I have had no similar issues. I would also note that the goods from Asda and from Boots were much better packaged. For anyone having issues with the company checkout the Which guide on consumer rights.
