Order a pair of shoes and used the discount code. Two weeks later I still had not received them. Contacted customer service and found out they no long had that style. They tried to substitute some other shoe. After an hour on the phone I finally got them to issue a refund. I am guessing they actually had no plans on shipping the original shoe or giving a refund. Maybe they thought I would just forget about a hundred dollar pair of shoes. Very shady...
I really like this company. They ship quickly, offer affordable package protection, and always have promos. I mostly love how fast their shoes arrive because I’m so excited for my orders!

The reason that I gave only four stars is because I had a hard time placing my order. Gave all the information and then hit the pay button. All that I got was a swirly circle on my IPAD. But I was able to get a phone number and a very helpful gentleman completed the order. Except for that everything was fine. We’ll see what happens on my next order. Stay safe and sound.
