Order a pair of shoes and used the discount code. Two weeks later I still had not received them. Contacted customer service and found out they no long had that style. They tried to substitute some other shoe. After an hour on the phone I finally got them to issue a refund. I am guessing they actually had no plans on shipping the original shoe or giving a refund. Maybe they thought I would just forget about a hundred dollar pair of shoes. Very shady...
I really like this company. They ship quickly, offer affordable package protection, and always have promos. I mostly love how fast their shoes arrive because I’m so excited for my orders!

The shoes arrived with damage on the top- visible peeling that will definitely progress. I do not like the design: picture did not show very long and unattractive nose. Since I only paid about$16 with shipping, I did not complain, but I also have no intention of wearing them and I will just donate them.

ive bought from them three or four times now and have had good experiences each time. the shoes ive bought for my wife are good quality, they update their selection regularly, have good sales often, and use the shop app so the shipping practices are hypothetically ethical. not sure what else you would want out of a shopping experience so i will continue to use them
