Dawn grasped my concerns quickly, offering not only excellent advice but a plan moving forward. Really put at my ease. Gemma was always there on whatsapp if you had a question it was normally answered within 10 minutes which made the whole process so less stressful even contacting us on a Saturday & Sunday. It meant we weren’t limited to specified times for calls and could all be more responsive. Her relentless approach and support in what was an extremely tight timeframe was excellent and at every stage she looked to make things easier for us. I don’t want to go through moving again for a long time, but if I do there is only one solicitor I would use.
