I had received a dress that didn’t work out for me as a bridesmaid dress and wanted to do a quick exchange. I let the team know that I was in a rush due to the fact that my friend’s wedding was a few weeks away. The team let me return my original dress for store credit and issued my refund once the dress had shipped! I was able to order my new dress all within the span of a day and received it within 4 days. Needless to say, this has been the best customer service I’ve yet to experience from a clothing store. They were on top of their communication via email, and worked with me to quickly find a solution to get my new dress. 10/10!!!

The quality of this item was horrible, the mesh on the dress was a completely different color than it should have been. It almost looks like a defect. And unfortunately, now I have to pay for a return fee on top of paying for a new dress.

This is for for daughter Senior homecoming. She loves the matching scarf. She usually wears a 2 or 4 in dresses and a size small was perfect. My daughter the ruching details and x split near the bottom of the dress. We did honestly go off other pictures/videos of customers we set in vs the model. It looked better in the 2 videos set in.
