He listened carefully to what we needed (we had some specific requirements due to physical limitations) and steered us in the right direction to help us identify vehicles that met our specific need. He gave us food for thought on the pro's and con's of the options (not just on the vehicle choice but the impact of different manufacturer's warranties on the length of lease, maintenance, etc.). He was always happy to provide additional information, making the decision process easier for us. Responses were always prompt and clear, with excellent guidance navigating each step of the process. With his help we have the deal we wanted and have made an excellent choice of vehicle.
