So sorry to be negative, but have had sheets for four years now and they are still rough! i do like that there is a tag in one corner so you can remember which corner matches with corner of mattress. but why are the linen sheets so rough? i visited friend recently and her linen sheets [from different shop] were gorgeously soft!

You don’t think you need a new duvet until you buy one from the Secret Linen Store. Both my husband and l are extremely pleased with the quality and delivery service for this product. I replaced an old duvet because its feathers had fallen in pockets, so it no-longer kept us warm and didn’t look great when the bed was made up. The new duvet it so full, the bed now looks amazing and is so cosy; l can’t get my husband out of bed. It’s a 10/10 from us and l would highly recommend this company and their duvets. Mrs, Hammond.

Ordering and delivery excellent. I’d previously ordered a quilt cover set (very difficult to decide because lots of lovely ones to choose from). This time I wanted a throw and that was super easy because the website sowed items that went together.

I purchased a 15 tog Hungarian goose down duvet (I think called the "Golden Goose" though now discontinued) approximately 18 months ago. It cost in the region of £1,000 and was a significant investment which I expect to last in the region of 15 years as stated on the website. Over time, goose down has migrated between the baffles and the duvet is uneven in appearance and feel. I contacted the company and sent photos of the empty baffles and have been told that this is normal and that I need to give it a shake and a gentle slap to redistribute the down. I have managed to redistribute the down by slapping it with force on a hard surface but this is not what I would expect of a thousand pound duvet. I am extremely disappointed with my purchase and would not recommend buying a luxury goose down duvet from Secret Linen store.
