The inventory clerk was on time, thorough in his inspection, provided an explaination as to the process being kind and helpful. There was a need to reschedule the inventory which he aimed to accommodate a couple of times, being understanding of the circumstances.

I know that when I use his services, the Report will be a true reflection of the condition of the property (even my tenants mention this to me).
