Sold my car through them. When I accepted the quote over the phone they promised it was guaranteed and submitted the info I provided about some damage to one of the wheel arches. They said the company buying would not haggle at collection. When they arrived to collect they knocked £100 off, which this company told me wouldn’t happen.
