The whole experience from start to finish was excellent , my car unfortunately wasn’t cost effective to repair so it went to the scrapyard. It was picked up within 24 hours and taken away at the agreed price !

First time I have ever scrapped a vehicle I've owned. The process was very easy and hassle free. I was given a very good offer, although I wished I could have found someone to repair it. That said I will recommend your services to friends and family, should they be considering the same disposal.

I wanted to scrap my car they gave me an scrap price of £325. Guy came collected my car was told money was due before 5pm same day. Never received, got a call the following morning saying that as my car got an aftermarket cat can only get scrap metal price of £100. These lot are fraudster, please do not use. I could of sold alloys for £100 alone. Avoid at all cost.

Be extremely careful of this company... they are scammers. They verbally quoted me £450 for my car and after two days I had still not received anything. After repeated calls and delays, they cited a spurious "engine problem" and eventually paid just £200. This was obviously their plan all along. By providing only verbal quotes on the phone (and nothing in writing) and hurriedly asking you to sign paperwork on your doorstep, you won't have a leg to stand on when this happens. AVOID!

Spoke with Joe for most of my time. Brilliant communications and very patient with me whilst I arranged for parts to be swapped between my two vehicles and my scrap vehicle to be relocated for collection. Joe was never pushy and always instead very accomodating and understanding. I had a small issue that I encountered with collection but again the team handled it quickly and correctly. Very impressed, thank you.
