The Hightower itself is fantastic - great geometry and components. However, the initial setup had some issues with the derailleur that I had to bring back twice to get fixed properly. Eventually sorted but was frustrating.

The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, but I had to wait almost 3 weeks for my bike to arrive. Once I got it though, the setup was perfect and they included a thorough walkthrough of all the features. Would recommend if you're not in a hurry.

The Hightower performs as advertised but the sales experience was just okay. Felt a bit rushed during the consultation and didn't get as much personalized attention as I hoped for given the investment. Bike quality makes up for it though.
