I can’t recommend Sandra Davidson enough!!! after a bad experience with another estate agent, The Staff at Sandra Davidson went above & beyond and knew their market & customers so well. This allowed them to be able to make sure the right applicants were sent round for the viewings and our house was sold to wonderful buyers in 4 days!!!! Right from the very start, Zed the sales Manager knew what to say and how to calm my worries, he is a pleasure to deal with, then we spoke to Riz in the office, who is always so happy and always made me feel so much better and positive after I had spoke to him. Once the sale was agreed we dealt with Lesley, who was the most amazing support throughout the sale, through the whole process, she was always there to offer help and advice & chase solicitors and other estate agents. Knowing you have that support at such a stressful time is so important. If you are looking to sell your property I would definitely recommend that you should contact Sandra Davidson Estate agents to book a valuation, I know everyone has different experiences, but for us, they have been amazing!!! Sandra Davidson have been absolutely fantastic for us. We were in a dire situation with a buyer who was lying to us and a seller who had just pulled out. Sandra Davidson relisted our home and we got a new buyer within a week. Throughout the whole process, they were always in close communication, advocated really hard for us with solicitors and, from what we’ve heard, was really good with our buyers too. The whole team were brilliant, particularly Lesley who would always field our concerns about the process and give us good advice. Definitely go with these guys as they know the local area and genuinely care about your sale going through!

Dreadful service. In fact there was no service. Went on the market in July and I took it off in November, in the whole 5 months they didn’t arrange a single viewing and didn’t once call me (unless they were calling me back)

A complicated sale of my late mum's property delayed by covid together with inefficient and uncooperative solicitors. Riz and Zaid at Sandra Davidson Seven Kings and in particular Lesley were always there for us trying to break impasses where they could and navigating the rising and then falling market that occurred over the almost 3 years it took to finalise matters and complete the sale on 15/9/23
