The dresses I order was exactly the same as picture and the fabric is good in quality as well . Very happy with my purchase and will recommend Sanaulla to all my friends n family

Terrible customer service. Tried to contact you so many times with no response at all. For one dress your shipping cost is $50 , unreasonably high. From last year it increased 50 percent almost. Your new management is not capable of maintaining customer service good. Nobody responds in your website helpline

I did order on 18 Nov to receive it by 27 or 38 today is 7th December emailing messaging them no response undated for my order which is payed online skynet courier whoch is located in dubai is so rude they are not integrating with each other I am the one asking both departments about my order... this is so unprofessional working... they should close there website online.. if they have open it they should be responsible for each of there customer to get the parcel of orders it was my first time and will never ever recommend it to anyone... Worst experience

I have encountered numerous issues with this brand. Shipping to the UK is incredibly expensive, costing £40, and their dispatch dates for ready-to-ship outfits are often inaccurate. They are unable to provide a delivery date that is more than 10 days after the stated dispatch date. Surprisingly, they cannot refund some of those shipping charges, especially when actual designer websites charge less and allow customers to receive ready-made garments by the next day.Please stay away from this brand; it used to be good, but now the customer service is horrendous! I still haven't received my order today is the 14th of November, no despathdate or deliver date has been advised! Shocking customer service!

Clothes and stitching are good quality. One dress was a bit tight in the hips. One of the scarf was quite different in colour/vibrance to the model pics. Overall a good first experience with your store and will order again.

The dress is too long- the picture shows the sleeve was not lined and you send dress was.lined- could not wear the dress. The dress was beautiful.

Customer service is great! Delivery was requested earlier as the outfits were required for an event and they were able to accommodate the request despite being super busy!

absolutely awful stitching service !!! the outfit does not look professionaly stitched , i think i could do a better job my self ! there is not neatness , finishing on the outfit, it looks as if an amatuer tailor has stitched this outfit . the sizing what was supposed to be medium , it is medium in some areas and a small in others ! i paid for premium embellishments and they put on sparse beads on the outfit ! definitly not premium ! I have had to get the outfit fully re adjusted to my size and also have had to put more beading/tassels on the outfit! i would never order from this website again ! the worst experiance i can imagine.
