Friendly staff good range of clothes

The staff are friendly and welcoming, the store in St Annes is clean and there is not too much stock, that makes it not over cluttered.

The lady serving was very helpful and cheery…..I will go back..

What a great shop...the clothes are trendy (for a 45 year old) and the staff are great...I had to swap a shirt and it was zero trouble...they are always happy and actually make small talk (rare in shops nowadays)...would highly recomend paying a visit and getting some reasonable priced clothes and actual nice service

Customer service was good, helpful and staff friendly. Product was also nice and good quality. It was also a good price in the sale. Been to other Saltrock shops and staff helpful. Look out for Saltrock shops when visiting other places. Just wish there was a shop closer to where I live.

Great quality clothes and really friendly service in the Berwick upon TweedShop! The sizes in t shirts seem to vary a lot between sizes eg large in one T shirt compared to another large is very inconsistent so would have to try all items on before buying. However great clothes style design etc so well worth the little effort to try it on !!

Visited the shop in Minehead. Great selection and really helpful staff.

Love salt rock and as there is one in Doncaster retail park I always drop in hope it stays as I love the clothes and yes I bought again hoody hat and board stickers at all cheap as it’s an outlet good service staff are lovely and always no what’s on and if got so never disappointed

Customer service was below what I have come to expect from Saltrock mainly down to one member of staff in the Woolacombe store. Experience put me off shopping and went somewhere else
